We have been there 4-6 times before, by way of our time share that we gave back. Used points. Several fun amenities are no longer available such as 1) On every Mon mornings new sign in came to a breakfast to hear what is available by way of vendors what they were offering. Next Winery employers in the afternoon for wine tasting and choice to buy at a discount,plus their order would be delivered too their room. WE USED THOSE SERVICES WHILE WE STATE THERE. Plus change to meet other people.
It’s not fancy, but we love RiverPointe for the expanded room in the trailers, the patio space, the setting next to the river, and its walkability to downtown. It’s a perfect home away from home with its kitchen and barbecues - and even more fun when you bring friends who stay in the trailer next to you.
Such a cute property and on a good sunny day, you won't want to leave. Multiple hot tubs, fun activities in the check in area with a movie room, a club house with a Foosball table. There's a spot to work out and it took us 20 minutes to walk downtown. I would 100% come back!

River Pointe is a place I will come back to for any of my Napa stays! Each little ‘cottage’ is up-to-date, clean, easy to get to, so convenient, comfortable, accommodating, roomy, and safe feeling. Each has its own parking space and small patio & outdoor dining set. The clubhouse features a game room, sauna, workout room, and daily social activities. The pool & hot tub are surrounded by a nice area to layout in the sun or picnic. The pool is 3-4’ deep so very lounge friendly. The overall feel of the resort is that of the enjoyable life of seasonal, retired, snowbird travelers. Although very kid friendly, not many children were around the resort. I was so very happy with my stay! The front desk receptionists were friendly and the resort has a text messaging option for easy communication. I’ll be back!
Stayed 4 nights while on our wine tasting trip in Napa and surroundings. Had good orientation at our first welcome breakfast at the resort- learned helpful info about different wineries and different cities. Had two free wine tastings at the resort. They have movie nights, other events, heated pool and hot tubs. Cottages are updated and very modern- has patio, BBQ to use. Great place, exceeded my expectation actually. Would definitely stay there again
Since we were going to Napa for a wedding and leaving the kids home, I was looking at B and Bs. I didn't love any but found this place! Despite some of the reviews, I called and spoke to the front desk and ended up booking. My wife is a clean freak. Any little bugs or anything out of the ordinary that seems messy or dirty would really bother her. To put things in perspective, She would never ever sleep in a tent. We arrived at 4am due to flight delays and such. It was dark and we were really tired from our travel from New Jersey. Flipped the lights on and immediately noticed how clean it was. She was so happy. The place absolutely was spotless!!! We really enjoyed our stay. Not having to deal with parking in a parking lot, walking through a lobby, possibly an elevator then down a hall way was great. We parked right in front of our little condo and walked right in. Unpacking and packing the car was extremely easy. It was our first trip to Napa and we will definitely be going back. Without a doubt, I will be staying here again. It is located in the perfect spot where you can get downtown in 5 minutes or head right to the vineyards. No traffic st all in the local area. Restaurants are close as well. Everyone has an opinion and I understand that but I couldn't disagree more with the poor reviews. If anything, you will have a hard time believing that this place is so much more affordable than 80% of the other local rates. I had friends that stayed in a hotel at $500 a night!
The tiny house was well laid out, and very comfortable. It was hot in Napa , but AC works great! We had an amazing view , and a great walking trail along it. It was a bit noisy, and the TV's are a bit small. There are kitchens in the unit; but, a restaurant on property would have been nice. Still, the staff gives us two fabulous restaurant recommendations . Both were close and delicious !!
We liked the individual bungalows. Clean and private. We had our own porch that we could sit out and enjoy a glass of wine.
