I want my $$ back. Mold in ac unit. Patched walls. OLD tv. One remote. Smells like mold. Musty. No coffee maker kitchen no pots pans glasses. Microwave broken handle. This property should have never been on this site. Always had good experience before on this site. VERY Disappointed. Felt like I would get bed bugs. Would have left but paid already. And left first thing in morning

Huge room/suite. Apartment sized fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Bath Towels were small and thin. Kitchenette table was unstable.

Seems hotels in Groton can ask for premium prices for hotels that are in bad shape. Peeling wallpaper, ceilings with water damage, blankets with holes, old linens, carpets with stains, etc. the kitchen area was rusty. I have an upcoming return visit and have booked a VRBO instead of a local hotel.

I booked two rooms, called to verify they were adjoining, was told they were - they were not. The man at check in seemed to no idea what he was doing at all. Only one of the key cards for our second room worked but apparently no one can reprogram them except the manager who was there. The walls are paper thin so we got to listen to a child yell, cry, and scream for our entire stay - my husband almost called the police to report possible abuse it was so bad - the only reason we didn't was because we didn't know if perhaps the child just had severe special needs and couldn't help it. The microwave was from the 1970s and the writing on the lower disk was completely rubbed off and it got painfully hot on the bottom when you used it. The tvs in both rooms were so old that you couldn't even connect Xbox or computers to them and they only got analog channels. The light switch closest to the door does nothing. One room has no secondary lock. Both bathrooms had broken door knobs. Honestly, I could go on but I'll just say to choose a different accommodation if you can, particularly because you do anything in the room - even while waiting TWO HOURS for the manager to show up then they will refuse to give you a different room regardless of reason.

We have stayed here before. It is an older facility that has not really been significantly updated but it is very clean, hot shower, comfortable bed. We had a king bed non smoking room. The bed was in its own room and outside the room was a large sitting area and kitchenette with full size refrigerator! All very clean.

Felt unsafe, very rundown. Didn’t like location. Room was so dirty, smelly, disgusting. Asked for a different room. Front desk was so rude. Pretending like they didn’t understand English. Told me no lied and said they were sold out. There was not a car in the parking lot except for mine. I told them I was not going to stay. They did not try to accommodate me they did not care. I left and had to find somewhere else to stay last minute. Please do not stay here. This could have ruined my Fourth of July weekend away thank god I found another place to stay. Zero stars.

Once was enough

The Unit was relatively clean, bed comfort ok, only 3 small pillows, no coffemaker, no hairdryer, no hotwater in bath sink faucet, no kitchen supplies/cooking supplies although it had a 2 burner stove and small refrig. Any issues brought to the attention of staff was met with a no, no have. Rooms were very large, it was conveniently located and plenty of parking. We will not stay again.
