The Neighborhood:

Enjoy walks on the beach and swimming in the pools from this handy location, which is only a few steps from the beach. Many eateries are in the area. Market Common, IMAX Theatre, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the well-known sights, eateries, golf courses, and retail establishments in the area.



Getting Around:

Using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft is strongly recommended. Additionally, there is Turo.

This room is smoke-free. Please note that this is a condo owned by the owner, not a hotel room. Kindly treat the property with care, as you would your own home. While we're not always on-site, we'll do our best to promptly address any issues that may arise.



NOTE:



The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.
