Private comfortable and spacious convenient to major areas and attractions
We always enjoy staying here. First time going to myrtle in December usually here in summer. Welcoming as usual.
The hotel was nice and clean. All of the things that we wanted to do was around the corner. The only thing is there was no ocean view and no indoor pools.
Great fun. Comfortable room. Staff was quick to help when we needed a remote and extra sugar for coffee. Thanks
It was a Good choice of hotel for family. My kid enjoyed it very much. We walked to the boardwalk on Broadway with no problem or fear
My husband and I went there with our 3 girls 15,13,&9 from FL for a memorial day weekend getaway. It was more than we had expected, the facilities were exceptional there was so much to do at the resort we didn't really have to leave the beach was literally right around the corner and there are lots of eateries within short distance. We had a fantastic time and will stay here when ever we go to Myrtle Beach
Our family had a wonderful time at Sheraton Broadway Plantation! The staff were friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, we paid extra for housekeeping and housekeeping called everyday to ask if we needed their services. I also booked a Two bedroom villa but when checking in was being placed in a one bedroom. I had to e-mail my reservation to the Sheraton staff member that was checking me in to get the room that I reserved. The staff also try to get you to sign up for a time share presentation upon check-in. They try to lure you in with free tickets to nearby attractions. They also advertised discount attraction tickets, however, I was able to get cheaper tickets by calling the place directly or by purchasing tickets online. If you are able to avoid all of the sales tactics this is a great place to stay,
1. Would recommend this hotel. 2. It is worth the price
This hotel is really nice. I will stay here again. Staff is so nice.
Really enjoyed my stay. and looking forward to booking a family vacation in the summer for my grand daughter's 5th birthday. at this resort!!!...Can't wait to return.
Made my reservation through an online hotel website and it was not in the system once I arrived. Took about 25-30 minutes to find an available room. No apologies given. Would give them another chance, however. The one bedroom was small but adequate.
Rooms are large and very clean. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked with everything we needed. Staff was helpful. The hotel is in a good location near Broadway at the Beach and the beach. Only negative is that the walls are very thin which is not always pleasant.
This resort was perfect and convenient to everything. The room has everything you need for your stay.
Everythingbis great about this place. I would have given this place 5 stars but my only gripe was the lack of a restaurant on site! They have a nice little pool bar but a nice place to buy coffee in the morning and a snack in the evening would have been awesome......this place is nice.
We celebrated our honeymoon in myrtle beach at the sheraton plantation villas and could not be happier. They even allowed us to stay an extra night on the busy 4th of July week! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING, THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN.THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL PERFECT FOR KIDS.THE PEOPLE WERE NICE, THE SHOPPING ARE CLOSED.
This resort was very clean and the staff was friendly. Pool was big & relaxing!
Location is very convenient to Broadway at the Beach, several attractions, and outlet shopping. This is our fourth visit to this hotel and as usual, it was clean and pleasant. The kitchen design in the newer section is great and very easy to navigate. The guardhouse and cleaning staffs were helpful, cheerful, and appreciative of guests. Ironically, the staff at the "guest desk" interacted as minimally as possible. A warm smile can make a difference, especially for travelers expecting southern hospitality.
This was another great trip to the plantation. The room with view of the pond was awesome and relaxing. On our walk to the recreation area to play tennis I noticed something I didn't before. There were areas to grill your food, outside, on a gas gril. I also took note of a cozy area with a wood fire burning.
Room was very small and run down. There was a mildew smell that forced us to wash everything we brought with us, even our child's stuffed animals, when we returned. The room was in bad need of general maintenance. Two slides at the children's area where closed. The room was not ready at check-in. Some of the staff was very nice, but others treated you like they were doing you a favor to help you. I was completely disappointed by our stay and wished we had booked a different hotel. I have never been so happy to check out.
