Enjoy this peaceful wooded setting or walk just a few minutes to the private neighborhood beach!  This brand-new construction offers a fully equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, a large porch, a huge deck with plenty of space to relax, a shared swimming pool, and a well-designed living area for everyone to enjoy!  Next door to the State Park and only a 10-minute drive to Surfside Beach Pier and the popular Market Common District, and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, this offers the perfect relaxing vacation without being too far from all the fun attractions our South Carolina Coast has to offer! There’s plenty of parking for larger vehicles.
