This layout makes it the ideal vacation home for large families, allowing each family their own space—each their own side! Situated in the pristine Long Bay Estates, you can enjoy a peaceful wooded setting or take a short walk to the private neighborhood beach. This newly constructed home offers a fully equipped kitchen with both large and small appliances, a spacious porch, an expansive deck perfect for relaxation, a private swimming pool, and a well-designed living area for all to enjoy. Conveniently located next to the State Park, it's only a 10-minute drive to Surfside Beach Pier and the popular Market Common District and just 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. This property offers the perfect relaxing vacation spot while still being close to all the fun attractions the South Carolina Coast has to offer. There’s plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles.
