Overall, we could not have been happier with this condo as it was a perfect fit for our baseball family of four! The place was extremely clean, and offered everything we could have needed. The kitchen and living room quarters were very spacious and there was pretty much everything we could have needed utensil wise to cook all meals we ate back in the condo. The washer/dryer came were big plus to replenish clean and dry clothes. The bedrooms were great, especially having the king size bed in the master bedroom! We absolutely loved the proximity to the pool as well. Our children are competitive swimmers in addition to playing baseball so we spent a lot of time there. The beach supplies also came in handy big time! At night, the property itself was very quiet and we had absolutely no issues with any other guests located around us. The location of the property was also a huge convenience for us as well (being so close to the Cal Ripken complex, as well as the shops at Broadway at the Beach, and the vast amount of restaurants to choose from in the area. We were able to get pretty much anywhere we wanted to (including the beach in less than 10 minutes). Thank you so much for providing many different choices and options for places to eat! We found some really good places that we frequented quite a bit.

Absolutely Phenomenal

10 out of 10! This condo was absolutely ideal for our one week family vacation. This was our first time visiting SC myrtle beach and we had a blast! The week we were scheduled to arrive overlapped with the tropical storm Debby. We were concerned our incoming flight would be impacted by the storm but the host were flexible in accommodationing us by allowing us to shift our dates by a couple days so that we were not impacted by the storm. The host were quick to reply to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. The condo is pitcuresque. Clean cozy comfy plus internet and cable tv with washer and dryer. The beach, the mall, the attractions and restaurants were all just a few blocks from the condo. The premises accommodations and amenities were all excellent. The beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs and cooler most definitly came handy when at the beach. The view from the balcony overlooking the golf course and pool is great. We soaked up the son at the beach during the day and relaxed by the pool in the evening. We were so pleased with everything thank you for a enjoyable stay and memorable experience.

Relaxing!!

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the beach, condo and pools. All of the people that actually live there are very nice and friendly. Nicely located in Midtown, allowing you access to North and south Myrtle Beach. The owners, Ted And Amanda are easy to get in touch with for any issues that come up. Would book again in the future.

National Weekend

We were in town for our daughter's National track meet. Great option instead of staying in a hotel. Lots of space to spread out. Condo was stocked with some basics which was a pleasant surprise. We were able to check in before the 4 pm stated time which was very helpful since we were going back and forth to the meet. The only negative we experienced was the master bedroom bed was too soft for us but that is our personal preference. Truly enjoyed our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Super clean and convenient

My husband and I stayed here for a golf vacation. The unit was spectacular! It was ultra clean and absolutely everything we needed was right there in the unit. The fully supplied kitchen was the best we have ever had at any of our stays. There were lots of extras like olive oil, and a full box of spices. It was so nice to not have to go out a purchase these things for the few days we cooked in the unit. Communication with the owners Ted and Amanda was fabulous. They were quick to respond and took time to look into and send along golf course info and phone numbers for tee times. We could not be happier with our experience. We would recommend this for anyone coming for golf or the beach. Great walking path right across the street. The elevator made bringing our suitcases up to the unit, a breeze. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Myrtle Beach! Thank you Ted and Amanda for a great stay, Smiles, Annette and Jeff

Fantastic!!

Great location! This condo is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. It was nice to have access to an elevator to bring in everything you have or buy. The corner view from the patio was beautiful and relaxing, overlooking the golf course and the pool. Ted and Amanda are very easy to work with and respond quickly to any needs you may have. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay for your vacation my wife and I highly recommend Ted and Amanda’s condo for your perfect vacation!

Beach beauty

Our week at Ted and Amanda’s condo was just wonderful! They have thought of every comfort someone vacationing would love to have while traveling. The king bed was dreamy, fully stocked gourmet kitchen and tons of beach equipment to make your super short drive to the ocean easy peasy! Ripken baseball trip

Wonderful property in a great location!

This was a fabulous vacation property. It had everything available we needed and the best perk was all the beach equipment we could use!! The location is quiet, overlooking the pool, on the golf course. The place was clean with a nice beach vibe. We wanted a spot that was not right on the busy beach area because we knew there was so much to do around town. This place definitely checked all the boxes. It's right off the same main road that has Broadway at the Beach, The Hollywood Wax Museum, Myrtle Waves water park, go carts, and lots of convenient shopping. The beach was a quick drive away which was great and be sure to utilize that beach equipment. Honestly, that made the vacation so much better and easier!! The hosts were very responsive and easy to get ahold of if needed. They also provided me with a great list of things and places to see when I asked, going above and beyond. Check in/out was very simple! I highly recommend this home!!!

Hi Ted and Amanda, We stayed at your condo for 2 weeks and had a great time. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and appreciated the full kitchen. Excellent on every level!

We enjoyed our time in this villa so much! It's sparkling clean, has lovely decor, tons of extra supplies/amenities to make our stay easy, and is spacious! The location was spot on...super close to Broadway at the Beach, Ripken, and many other attractions/restaurants. Communication with the owners couldn't have been better either. They were super accessible and helpful throughout the process. I would 100% recommend this villa and 100% stay there again. Thank you for a great week!

Great time at Ted and Amandas

Cannot say enough about Ted and Amanda’s condo. It is a beautiful location and a well maintained home. My wife and I had a fantastic time in Myrtle Beach and it was all because our accommodations were outstanding. I highly recommend Ted and Amanda’s condo.
