Enjoy a breathtaking, panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony!? This one bedroom condo is located on the 4th floor of Sand Dunes Resort & Spa.? It can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 full size beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living area. The kitchen includes a stove top, microwave oven, full refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Other features include nice tile floors, 2 flat screen tvs, a stocked kitchen, 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths and small toiletries for your stay.

Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on site waterpark or the movie theater. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:
Pool bands are not required from September 2022- through Memorial day

Classic case of “you get what you pay for”.

Views from the balcony were stunning. The property outside was well kept. Unfortunately the room had many issues that will prevent us from returning.

Horrible

The balcony didn't close nor lock causing me to have constant asthma attacks due to the humidity. The people that worked their were very rude and even told me to search the parking deck to get a cart to carry my families and I's belongings. Their was also mold on the air vents wich might have contributed to my asthma attacks.

Run down, broken sleeper sofa, nonresponsive property mgt

There was chipped paint on workwork, a portion of the paint on the bathroom door was torn off, and in general the place looked tired and in need or refreshing. The big problem came when I tried to sleep on the pull out sofa...it was horrible. I noticed the next am that there was a metal piece poking out on the floor and the shower wasn't draining. I put in a request. The drain was fixed that day, but the repairman said the springs in the sleeper were broken. He indicated to my husband it would be repaired. Never heard back even after sending in three more messages. Unfortunate that I slept on night on the sofa and one night on the floow.

Room was nice, clean,great view. Issue was other guest very noisy and my room we right above the pool. Kids screaming and yelling from the time it opened until closed
