Beautiful Beach House.

This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is perfect for small families, singles and couples. Living room, kitchen and dining area has an open concept. The family room has a sofa that opens into a queen size bed as well. Tastefully decorated and on a quiet peaceful street. This was once a smaller home that was remodeled with an addition to make into a charming 2-bedroom beach house. A must see to appreciate property. The cottage features expanded cable & wifi with a private deck on front. Front street porch with table & chairs for relaxing. The cottage has board games, playing card & books. It has also has a well stocked kitchen to fit most every cooking and serving needs. The dining area seats 6 and a Large flat screen tv in living room and master bedroom along with 2nd bedroom

An older unit which needs many updates. It does not have cable, instead relying on streaming services for programming. Unfortunately, its WiFi is not strong enough to support those services.

Nice Beach House

Stayed here for the 2nd time and loved every minute of our get-a-way. Owner has 9 houses in ocean lakes and seems that all are real nice that I drove by to look at. Would stay at this house anytime in the future that we get a chance. Clean & spacious along with the great location to everything close. Golf Cart was very useful to get around the park

GREAT HOUSE & LOCATION

The house was in a great location close to everything. Looked like updates had been done recently and the beds where nice to sleep on very comfy. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions if you call him, not much of a texter seems like but answered all my calls promptly. We definitely will rent from him again. A++ Thank You for our Beach Trip

House was ok but owner not so great

The house itself wasn’t bad. It does need some updates and the storage room was a mess. No washer and dryer either. One bed was so hard to sleep on but the other was comfy. The owner was very difficult to deal with! Hard to communicate with and would only give pieces of info a little at a time. His main contact was to call or text and he was very hard to get ahold of. We definitely won’t rent from him again.
