Nice location

The location is as nice as far as how close it is to attractions without being overly crowded. The men at valet parking were extremely nice and helpful. We arrived early at 9 am and did preregistration to let them know we arrived early and they said we could not check in till 4. Around 2:30 we noticed they were letting other people to their rooms so we tried again and were denied as well as again at 3:30 but were assured it would be ready BY 4. At 4 (we spent thirteen hours driving with three kids) they informed me it STILL wasn’t ready. Finally at 4:45 they let us go to our room. I asked for a call from the manager but never got one. Our bathroom had sand everywhere still, dead gnats on the windows, crackers under the furniture and toenail clippings on the living room floor. Our hot water tank quit working and again asked for a call from the manager and got nothing. I stopped at the desk a third time to try and speak to the manager two nights before we left but had to “leave a message”. The property managed communicated with us wonderfully before the trip so we had really high hopes. The room did have a beautiful view and the many pools and water park were great (aside from the staff counting how many towels we would grab and counting how many people in our party, for towels the size of hand towels). The dining rooms had excellent wait staff and was very clean and the food was good!
