Nice stay

Stay was comfortable and in a great location. The unit is a bit outdated with bulky furniture but I expected that based on the pics. I do wish there was a broom to sweep up the sand with so the floors weren’t so gritty. Check in was easy and the access from the parking garage to the unit was a breeze. We were here for softball and my daughter got injured unexpectedly so we were appreciative of that. Walking distance to the beach was perfect along with the amenities. The beds were comfortable!

Cute getaway

Just right for a couple. While it sleeps six, the main living, kitchen area would be tight for 6 people. Check in took about 3 minutes. Each floor has 4 elevators, so coming and going was easy. Plenty of parking. It was on the 9th floor and had a nice side ocean view. Not much counter space but we didn't cook. Just used for preparing breakfast and lunch. There are 3 pools. 2 inside and one outside. The beach is only steps away. Great area with shopping and activities close by. Owner was easy to contact.

The room was very clean, well stocked with just about anything you could need. Paul was great at communicating with us. Pools were never crowded. Beach was super quick to get to. Definitely would recommend staying in this room.

The location was perfect. Loved the accommodations. The sofa was not comfortable and the lock to the balcony was very difficult to lock same unlock. The balcony way perfect and loved the furniture. For price it was a great trip

Oceanfront view

We stayed for a long weekend. Nice condo with ocean view steps to the beach. Very convenient, the manager was very communicative and the check in process was super easy. A great weekend and the kids were happy. A win/win.

Amazing!!

Our condo was absolutely amazing! It was comfortable and fit our family of 6 great. (2 adults and 4 kids from ages 5-14) The location was perfect, for the traveling we did all around for the attractions nothing was more then 14 min away. The washer and dryer in the unit was a god send, helped me not have to pack nearly as much as I was able to wash each night and came home with no dirty laundry (As a mom this is HUGE) We are already talking about coming back next year. The manager Paul checked in to make sure everything with check in and the condo was to our liking and was reachable if we ever had any issues ( we did not) and checked in the night before check out to make sure we knew the process and what needed to be done and made things very very easy. This place is the best. You will not regret staying your vacation here!

Spectacular Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! It was our family vacation and our 3 boys were seeing the ocean for the very 1st time! The condo was beautiful immaculately clean and we had all we needed for our stay! Well stocked with towels and the necessities! Paul was amazing at helping with anything we needed and made sure to check in with us throughout our stay! He was quick to respond to each and all messages! I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! We had a lovely view of the ocean! Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean well maintained condo for a family vacation I give this place 5+ stars!! Thank you for an amazing stay! If we come back we will book again!!

Amazing condo right on the beach.

Everything about this place was perfect! The best feature of the unit was definitely the washer and dryer, it really came in handy during the trip, but the balcony was for sure second, cant beat the view. Paul went above and beyond to check in during our stay and make sure we had everything we needed. Well kept property right off the beach really makes everything convenient and easy. I will definitely be booking another trip in the future.

Best weekend getaway

The condo was beautiful and made me feel like I was home but better, it was big enough to accommodate my family of 5. The property was beautiful the staff was friendly and we will definitely be staying with this property again. Thank you all for the experience at such a wonderful price! Amazing time on beach. Very clean condo. LG smart tvs. Adjustable Queen size beds were so comfortable. Dishwasher and in unit laundry were very helpful and nice to have. Breakfast on the balcony every morning. Thank you Paul for great communication.

You will love your stay here!

This was by far my best experience I have ever had with Vrbo. The customer service experience with Paul is superb and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and needed it to be. The property is excellent and exactly what we were looking for. We traveled with a young adult, a baby under 2 and myself and my husband. The condo was nice and we loved the location. The check-in was great and the staff were so polite and welcoming. We hope to stay every time we visit!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great week at this property. Paul the property manager checked in with us before and during our stay multiple times to ensure our stay was great. He answered all our questions and was very attentive and thoughtful. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Myrtle Beach.

Great Location & Sparkling Clean

The property/condo is just as described. Clean and a great location. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. We used the indoor pool and the outdoor tables and umbrellas that were already set up. The updates in the condo are wonderful -- bathroom, extra sink, comfortable beds, and TVs -- and at our age, we appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and expeditious communication on Paul's part. We'll be back!

Great weekend at the Beach

Place was really nice with new beds, TVs, and location for restaurants. Few steps to the beach and the indoor/outdoor pool with hot tubs is great to take advantage! We will stay again!

The condo was extremely nice and comfy. We didn't bring blankets and the ones one the beds were a little thin. But it wasn't something that'd stop me from renting the condo again. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay

Beautiful condo

I will start by saying this is the cleanest condo in Myrtle beach that I've ever stayed in. The beds are the most comfortable beds in a rental property ever and the sheets are very soft. The while place even smelled clean from the office at check in to the hall ways to the condo itself plus Paul was outstanding at communicating every detail. I will certainly return. Thank you Paul

Great Family Getaway

My husband and two teenage daughters stayed at this wonderful condo. Paul was very attentive and made sure checking in and out was very smooth. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was about a ten minute drive to the attractions at Broadway at the beach. The beach is literally an elevator down and is well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and stay again. Thanks Paul.

I want to give the actual condo 10 stars because the actual condo was excellent and communication with Paul was even better. The condo was very clean (and I am very picky) and absolutely adorable. The ONLY reason I was disappointed at all had nothing to do with the actual condo - the hotel and pool/beach area the condo is affiliated with was not well kept at all.
