The dining room and full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher and washer / dryer. The living room comes with a queen size sofa bed to make sleeping arrangements a breeze. Stayed for 60 birthday with girlfriends! Everyone had their own bed and bath. 7 women! Clean and great view! Sherry at check in was great! Had dinner brought in by chef John! Busy with lots of families but being on 11th floor was great and out of the way!

Family Fun Time

We were so excited to stay again in this condo. We love having four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have two queen beds in each with the master having a king. Three of the bedrooms have tub/bath combo and one with a shower. The stove and dryer probably need replacing but we would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat. Thank you sharing your slice of heaven with us.

We had such a great time at Dunes Village Resort! And this condo was perfect for all 14 of us! In our group we had ages 0-75yrs and everyone enjoyed the condo and the resort! We all had enough rooms and bathrooms and the family area was a nice spot to all sit and chat at the huge dining table! All the windows were awesome and we had such an awesome view! We’re hoping to return next summer and continue our family vacation at Dunes and in Williams condo!

The hotel was in great location..I saw one roach..I has to call for complimentary coffee ..I call several times to communicate with the manager because I was charge for valet parking five days and my friend only use it two days.

Beautiful place

This condo was perfect for our party of 4 couples. The view off the balcony was gorgeous. We saw dolphins everyday. Location was excellent to drive to local restaurants and shopping, and even in walking distance to several places. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. The only problem we had was with our check in. The VRBO site was not working so we were unable to communicate with the host. The condo is in a resort and we were told by the first reservation clerk there that we needed to check in with the host and not them. We have been in other condos similar to this and that was the way it worked. We called VRBO, but since their site was down, they weren’t able to help us either. We eventually went back in to the reservation desk and spoke with a different employee who said that we could check in through them! It was pretty simple then, just like checking into a hotel. It would have saved us some time and frustration if the host had explained that to us when we had booked. Overall, we would definitely stay there again now that we know what to do.

Excellent site for our golf trip

We had four golf buddies to stay on the property for a golf trip. It was a perfect set up. We had a centralized room to spend time together and each person had their own bedroom and bath.
