The room and the host were really great my only two complaints were that the neighbors were smoking black and milds and the smell was terrible in the hallway, and upon trying to take a shower the drain was full of hair. Other than that the view was absolutely stunning and the host was very quick to respond.

The unit itself was ok. The view was great and the room itself was clean enough, but it was also very outdated. The air conditioner is VERY loud, I couldn’t sleep peacefully at night. I did see a huge cockroach in the bathroom as soon as I got out the shower on our last night, which ruined the rest of my stay, – I just couldn’t get comfortable after that. The building that the unit is in – The Patricia Grand, needs MAJOR upgrading and cleaning. The hallways on each floor are filthy – the carpet needs to be removed immediately. The elevators are slow and smelly – smelled like weed on some occasions. I wish I would have known ahead of time that this unit was in the Patricia Grand, I would NOT have booked it. Just read the online reviews of this “resort” for yourself. The pictures of the pool area are very deceiving.
