Our stay

We are from Ohio. We booked this rental for a week and it was wonderful just a few we didn’t read everything, so we had no access to the Starbucks or anything the hotel offers. But the room and location was perfect. First floor. Right by the pool. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

Poor communication & customer service

I never could speak with property manager or Julie. Everytime I called regarding the issue with the ac not working, I kept getting Julie's assistants even though Julie was supposed to be my contact. The ac should have been checked to make sure it was working before we checked in especially with the severe heat index warnings that week. Other than that our stay was ok.
