Just liked the employees… pool was all green and super dirty and not available to use. It was dangerous since they didn’t have it tarped to prevent incidences since there were small kids… they just left the pool open in the condition it was. Also breakfast area messy and some things were not working.. the building smelled like mold. Overall the stay was ok not truly happy..

I love this place!! It’s in a convenient area, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying again

There was an issue with my toilet and the staff acted fast and moved me to a different room. I love the location because it’s close by everything so I didn’t have to drive far for what I needed

Property is old but staff is friendly. Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Our first room had to be changed because the carpet was wet. They changed our room right away with no issues. The next room was fine. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. Found hair all over the bedding, floor and bathroom. Bedding had holes from burned cigarette marks. Air conditioning vent was filled with trash. 3 light bulbs were out 1 was physically broken, receptionist couldn’t give us new ones. Bathroom sink was leaking. Electrical outlets were outdated and worn out some broken. Potential fire hazard. The phone in the room was old and didn’t work at all. The whole room is very outdated. The morning of check out one of the staff tried multiple times to walk into the room while I was trying to get dressed and ready. I still had over 2 hrs to check out and he attempted to keep coming into the room. He would knock while opening the door. Worst experience I had in a hotel. Would not recommend.

Hotel was budget friendly and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel could use some cosmetic upgrades, but still was a comfortable place to stay for the price.

The air conditioner was not working properly. As the night went on it rattled louder and louder and barely cooled the room. The outlets were not working properly. Only one lamp was useable. Continental breakfast was still listed in the description even though one was not provided. There was no security door latch. The beds were hard as rocks. There was hair in the shower before we even used the shower.

Too many people hanging around outside drinking and outside was dirty, cigarette tray had not been cleaned or emptied in days.

My experience at thus hotel was a good one. I was only there for a night so everything was okay for that stay. The room was clean, the check in was easy, and the host was friend. I would stay again.

Hot breakfast consisted only of self made pancakes. Otherwise continental breakfast was served.

Thus place is not well kept. The bathroomtoilet had leaks, the “recent updates” were poorly done, our “non smoking” room had cigarette burns in the comforter.

The bathroom looked like a child did Update’s to it and then forgot to finish. The phone in our room didn’t work, the lock on our door was BROKEN, our pillow case had a hole in it, the back of our bathroom door had not been cleaned in months and we couldn’t connect to the WiFi that we paid and extra $5 for. And don’t get me started about the orange & “split pea soup” green color scheme if the room! The front desk and staff don’t wear uniforms or even shirts with the hotel name, the wilting flowers at the front desk with the dirty water vase made a GREAT first impression and topping it off was the red crocheted doily on the lobby table! This is suppose to be a corporate hotel chain not grandmas living room!

Terrible. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I was staying there with my boyfriend to meet a few friends that live in Myrtle Beach. My friends met us at the hotel and waited for us to get ready. A worker came knocking extremely loud at our door and litterally screamed at us for having 4 people in the room when we only told them two. He demanded we go down to the lobby and pay for the two extra people. I calmly tried to explain that these two people were not staying with us... they were simply waiting. He said he was in the military and he’s not buying it. He was extremely rude and followed us around the hotel our entire stay. We ordered an extra blanket simply because I love having a cooler room at night with extra blankets and he came again to our room and asked why would 2 people need an extra blanket. I had an animal with me as well and I explained to him this animal was a service animal (he is and I have all the required paperwork to prove it) and he demanded I take him out. The manager didn’t do anything about how unprofessional his employee was and barely understand enough English to realize the issue to begin with.

Having read some reviews I didn’t expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly. Room was average but clean and well serviced. Restaurant was not open, but plenty of others near by.

The restaurant food is not very good. I suggest a better menu selection and the ability to charge meals to the room stay. The pool is small. The location is ok. The rooms were clean. The staff was poilite.
