The room arrangement, view, and location were excellent. parts of the room were poor: the celling texture was falling down and there was mold in some of these areas.

The room was clean but in need of some updates and maintenance eg., peeling ceiling paint. Great, direct ocean views though the patios were quite small. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from bed.

The room has many places that need to be fixed. The worst part is the air conditioner - it constantly makes a dripping sound. This made it hard to sleep. The bed was wonderful, and the view was awesome. Plenty of towels and everything does work in the room. The pools and hot tubs were also great.

The views were absolutely amazing! I loved that it was pet-friendly and located right next to the park. Everything was within walking distance—restaurants, beach access, and more. I’m very happy with my stay!

The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean and it had just about everything we needed. Could use more silverware and cooking utensils. The icemaker didn’t work, but it was not a problem for us. The view from the unit was spectacular and just a few steps And you are on the beach. The little park for the dogs to use was wonderful. Plenty of space for them to have a little walk and do their business. Close to attractions but far enough a way to keep it peaceful at the resort. Great parking lot and the unit has two parking passes included.

Property needs repairs. Ceiling in main room and bathroom had large area of paint peeling off from water damage. Thresholds were broken. Unit was not cleaned very well when we arrived. Food crumbs all over floor in entry. It was NOTHING like the photos showed.

The unit was okay. Smelled very musty there was water damage in the ceiling above the air conditioner and looked like mold. I had to buy air freshener and a candle due to the smell. I did not contact the owner about this obviously they know it’s there and smells. Location was nice other than having to park across the street in a very tight parking deck.

Fun short beach trip

Property was clean and was a super beautiful spot. Only issue was the elevators- which closed on my daughter’s hand and that was pretty scary. Also 15/20 min wait on the elevators in mornings and evenings. Everything else was pretty good- clean and as pictured. Lots of activities during the day at the pool.

It was okay. Property is kind of old. We saw a roach in the cabinet, and informed management. They offered to come inspect and spray but since we had a dog with us we declined. It did impact the visit because afterwards we didn't want to use the dishes. The location was unbeatable. Right off the strip. It was close to restaurants and the indoor pool was nice.

Balcony is extremely small and a 5 cup coffee pot doesn’t cut it. Inside space was fine for 2 people. Air conditioner was way too loud.
