Amazing Views - 3BR Ocean Front Condo In Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!

Our condo at the Palms Resort is our home away from home. We are on the 3rd floor (Unit 301) and have 3 bedrooms (2 with King size beds), 2 full baths, and can sleep 8. We have a full kitchen and a dining room that seats 8. We even have a "fireplace". We have 2 oceanfront balconies, the larger one is very roomy and Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Our property also has 2 lush lawn spaces equipped with lawn chairs perfect for relaxing. The Beach is just past the lawn via a short boardwalk.

We are a short walk between the parking structures to Ultimate California Pizza and Kirk's Ice Cream, both are located on 25th Avenue. Although there are plenty of places to eat, we personally recommend Harry's for breakfast which is a short walk away. And if you feel like a short drive, Croissants Bistro & Bakery is another breakfast/brunch spot (I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls, their version consists of croissant dough and cinnamon roll goodness, yum.) The Sea Captain's House is also nearby and has wonderful views of the ocean to enjoy during your meal. Broadway at the Beach is also a great place to visit with lots of shops, activities and restaurants. There is so much more available, from helicopter rides, miniature golf to 18 hole courses, I could go on. If you enjoy Ferris wheels then the Sky Wheel is for you, I like to face the ocean during the day and the street at night for the views. This is not a complete list just some ideas to get you started please explore the area if that's your thing.

Our Resort consists of 2 buildings, the south building houses the indoor pool/hot tubs and the workout room as well as additional pay-laundry machines.

We are located in the north building and only have 2 condo units per floor. We also are allocated 2 parking spots. There is limited parking around both buildings with additional parking in the Palms Resort owned parking structures across the street.

The Primary bedroom has a King sized bed, a mounted Smart TV, a Blue ray/DVD player, an en suite and a door to the large balcony with an amazing view of the ocean.

Our 2nd bedroom also has a King sized bed and a Smart TV and a "Juliet" balcony facing the street.

Our 3rd, small, bedroom is perfect for children, it contains 2 twin beds, storage cubbies and a Smart TV.

Our Living room has the "million dollar" view of the Atlantic Ocean, a sofa-bed with a queen sized mattress, a "fireplace", a large Smart TV, a Blue ray/DVD player and access to 2 oceanfront balconies.

Our Kitchen has full-sized appliances; including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, a toaster and coffee maker and a washing machine and dryer.

We even include a complimentary delivered family pizza night upon request!

Our dinner table is pub height and seats 8.

We manage the condo ourselves so when you reach out you are talking to the owners and not a call center.

*** We are a non-smoking condo and no pets are allowed. ***

Note : Some amenities may be temporarily unavailable during the off season or due to outstanding circumstances.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Great view with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Condo could use updating, dresser in the very small third room was unusable, but overall it was nice. The one big issue was cleaning. Very dusty, we found Mentos in the cubbies, cobwebs, and things were definitely not moved and cleaned under.

What a view!!

2 Great balconies with good seating to watch the waves roll in. Living area also had ample seating. Hosts were quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants. The parking was easy to access and elevators were quick. Love the seating outside the pool area, too!

We booked seven nights and left early. The unit was not clean when we arrived. On our third night my wife developed extensive bites. The next morning we pulled back the bedding and found dark spotting along the mattress and quilt seams and blood staining on the linens. She was seen that day at an emergency department in Myrtle Beach. The treating physician assessed the bites as bedbug bites and issued bedbug bite discharge instructions. I later developed bites as well and was also treated. Four of us stayed in the unit, including two children. We vacated three nights early and paid out of pocket for other lodging because we could not sleep there. We notified the owners and the booking platform in writing the same day, with photographs.Inspect the mattress seams, the quilt seams and the headboard with a flashlight before you unpack. That is where we found it.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Great location in the middle of the strip which enabled us to travel north to Barefoot Landing and south to Murrells Inlet with just short 10 - 15 minute drives. The unit has everything you need. Very nice!

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was great. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we had an exceptional time. The hosts were awesome with constant communication and no complaints. Being directly on the beach and within walking distance to the convention center for our daughter’s dance competition was a high priority and this place met both of those criteria. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to spend quality time with friends or family in Myrtle Beach. What made our trip even more exciting was dealing with the tropical storm that rolled through our last night there. Again the hosts were wonderful! i’d love to stay there again if I’m lucky enough to ever make it back to Myrtle Beach!

Amazing

I have so many wonderful things to say about this experience. We walked in and felt like we had found our home away from home. It was clean and bright, everything was in working order, all the amenities of home in a beautiful location. The beach was right there and easy to access. One of our highlights was drinking coffee watching the sun rise on the balcony while the dolphins swam by.

The condo was perfect for my parents and my children. The twin bed room was cozy, but who spends all their time I. The room anyway. The master had breathtaking views. Mary and Dave were very quick to respond when we had questions. Excellent hosts. We will definitely stay here again if we head back down to Myrtle Beach! Thank you!!!!

Condo was nice. If I had to list anything we were disappointed in was the size of the third bedroom and the size of both commodes in the bathrooms. They were so small and low making it difficult to older adults to use

In need of TLC

The location of the property is great. The place is in need of much needed TLC. The ceiling is falling in places, the toilet wouldn't work in the master bath, and place hasnt been updated in a long time. It did have everything needed for our two night stay. It comes with 1 dishwasher soap pack, 1 paper towel roll. Etc. I feel like there are much better values for the money spent.

Beachfront with Great Ocean Views

This property was located right on the beach, and the area offers many amenities within walking distance. The facility did a great job keeping the pool and hot tub clean daily. The condo was as advertised, but if I had to identify one drawback, it was the 3rd bedroom that was extremely small and had a pair of twin beds in it. Having two young adult men (6' 2" & 6' 4"), this was not an ideal sleeping arrangement, and thankfully, the couch was pullout, so it slept the larger teen. The owners were great, communicated regularly, and even provided us with a pizza dinner last evening. This would be an ideal place for a family with small children. I would consider renting this property again, but it would have to be with only an adult couple for sleeping arrangements. If it had a true 3rd bedroom, this would have been a 5-star review.
