This beautifully updated OCEANVIEW condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining room, full kitchen, and a beautiful balcony looking at the Atlantic! You will be BLOWN AWAY by the breathtaking views, day and night on the balcony! This condo sleeps 6. Queen Bed in Master bedroom, a full and a twin in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. It is located in the highly desirable, family friendly Myrtle Beach Resort. Come enjoy yourself 🏖

* Note for safety we have 1 exterior doorbell camera outside the unit. This allows us to track suspicious activity at our properties.

** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $20 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:

- Blankets for all beds
- 6 bath towels
- 6 wash cloths
- Hand towels
- Kitchen towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Bday family get away

We loved everything!!! Location was AMAZING RIGHT ON BEACH rooms was clean wasn’t loud environment over all an amazing vacation we even seen a rainbow over the beach from over balcony view
