Reception/hospitality was excellent. However, disappointed with the on going construction that we didn’t know about. Our room with sea view was blocked with construction site which was not a good sight. The free shuttle was such a hassle since it was only one operating so you have to book in advance, otherwise you can’t get the time you wanted if it is fully loaded, but the driver George is very friendly. Breakfast is okay-service was a bit slow. The room was clean and smell good which was great!

Most aspects about our stay at Rocabella were very good! The greeting at arrival was excellent. The gentleman who picked us up at the airport was great! The pool and view were very good! The room/s were very nicely appointed. My only grievance with the property is that they had us move from one room to another during our 2 night stay. Very disappointing! They made it seem like they were giving us a big “surprise” to upgrade us to a larger suite. And, YES, it was lovely! But then they informed us we had to move the following morning to another room. Not a very comfortable way to be traveling. When I get to my room, I want it to be my “home” for whatever number of nights I booked. This move was not ideal. I would have preferred to be in the original room I booked both nights. We didn’t complain. But it was a nuisance. And they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience.
Rocabella is a very nice boutique hotel. The staff is outstanding from reception to departure. They aim to help you manage every detail to make your stay a wonderful experience. The rooms and grounds are well maintained and customer service is available everywhere you turn. We had a super stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We are very sorry that you find the complimentary upgrade uncomfortable. We hope you would have told us that upon arrival so as to keep you in the same room and make your stay pleasure. Our guests always ask for an upgrade and we are trying to satisfy their request. That is the only reason why we have moved you rooms. We never thought that this would lead to a bad experience so we do apologize for that . Should you not wish to move rooms then you could have told us and then we would keep you in the original room for the whole duration of your stay and we would have upgrade some other guests. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused since our original motive was make your stay even memorable. We hope we will have the pleasure to welcoming you again in the near future
