Nice hotel with friendly staff. Very fast checkin and checkout and frontdesk staff arr really helpful..answering/helping with queries. From main station take U2 subway and within 12-14 minutes you can reach the hotel..same subway can be used to go to other tourist attractions..sometimes need to swith to other subway line. Olympic village and BMW museum is very nearby .. There is a super market across the road and you can get all required basic food items there..some rooms @hotel are equiped with a mini kitchen(oven, fridge,) and is an added bonus.. Near to train dtati
Friendly people and a good breakfast. Clean rooms. Single beds pushed together which separate when couples try to get close are not comfortable. They put us on the 4th floor which was great until the elevator broke and stayed broke for 3 days. We wouldn't go back!
Stayed here with another couple during the Oktoberfest 2017. Contrary to other reviewers, we found this hotel and its staff very good. The hotel is more like a motel but very conveniently located for access to the airport and the city due to the U2 next door, a few restaurants nearby and both - Aldi&Lidl across the road. Rooms and bathrooms are compact but adequate for a couple and have all the basic amenities. We found the breakfast to have decent variety and adequate to start the day. The staff was cheerful and ready to help with an early check-in and some additional in room amenities. We did pay a lot more than the usual tariffs but then it was the Oktoberfest opening week, so can't fault them :-).
I have used this hotel a few times now whilst in the area on business and have no major complaints about it. The rooms are kept clean and have all the basic facilities you expect to have for a hotel in this price budget. In some areas of the hotel a little building maintenance could be done like a new lick of paint to give it a bit more of a fresh look. I would also recommend that they did a quick check in the rooms whilst cleaning to ensure everything worked e.g the batteries for the remote had started to leak and a bulb had blown. The staff I dealt were very warm and welcoming upon arrive and check out. So were the restaurant staff that served up the breakfast buffet which was well presented, taste very good with a reasonable selection to pick from. There is only breakfast and a small bar available at the hotel but within easy walking distance there are various restaurants and super markets to choose from. If you want a warm clean hotel room with no frills you will have no problems here. I am sure that I will be returning soon.
Like most Park Inn, this one was very basic. You get what you pay for. My room had a balcony, always nice even if I didnt use it. Got free water and some fruit! Easy to reach from airport~ S1 to Feldmoching and change to U2. Get off at Frankfurter ring and you cant miss the colorful sign of the hotel. There is an Aldi supermarket across the street (open 08-20 weekdays). Easy to take ubahn to city centre. Buy a daypass if you dint want to have the hazzle of buying new tickets all the time. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. Had the basic stuff.
Broken down elevator and 3rd floor room means having to bring all luggage up multiple flights of steps. Reception said they have no idea when it would be fixed. Check in slow and inefficient. No way to control room temperature as this is all done centrally. In room safe too small to put even smallest size computer and area is not the greatest so you want to use a safe. Combination body wash and shampoo is another basic and if you care about hair conditioner bring your own. About as basic, low value as you'll find
Radisson normally keeps a high standard on their hotels, however this one is an exception for the worse. Got a room on the 5th floor and the elevator was broken for 3/4 of the days I was here. Breakfast was simple, with powdered eggs and unsalted bacon as the only hot offering. Juice from bottles. Coffee machine was broken one day too. Rooms are old styled and bear the sign of times. No cutlery in the room, and water had very little pressure in the shower. Also, shower temperature swung from freezing to scolding without touching the faucet. Avoid this hotel if you expect "Radisson quality". It doesn't exist here.
Very basic hotel, and expensive for the quality. The breakfast service and quality of the food was surprisingly great, with asian, western and eggs options and great coffee machine. The lady's that work in the breakfast were great.
This hotwl does not have the fresh modern look of Park Inns I have stayed in previously. Ok, not bad, but typically old building being modernized, but not to the standard of Park Inn I am used to, the rooms are not dissapouning, but I have awaitwd somewhat more 2017 style, this looks like a typical German hotel from way back. Again, not bad, but I feel it lacks being a part of the Radisson. Around the hotwl area, ylu will find plenty of car dealers, no place to eat, but the metro is close to the hotel, to take you downtown, 5 stops.
On arrival we thought this place looked a little on the seedy but after going in it was great good rooms fair size with a local Aldi near by very good breakfast happy all round ! The area has some small shops and take away it's just a short hop to the beautiful centre we love Munich well worth a short visit we will return
