I'm fairly certain I got BED BUGS from this hotel. As I woke up with large welts on my arm and stomach which weren't there before. Additionally the door handle in the hallway broke off leaving me unable to exit the building at all. I had to return to my room to call the front desk clerk to come open the door from the other side to let me out.

Close enough to the city center to be convenient, far enough to be away from the worst of traffic. Sadly there isn't too much within short walking distance, but there are many great local dining spots within a short drive. The rooms were very modern, clean, and wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was a massive variety of foods, sure to please both the continental and American palate.

Basic clean hotel but disappointing

Was surprised to not find any air con in the hotel - made for pretty sleepless nights during the heatwave. Paper in the room said the bar was open until 10pm but apparently this was stopped 3 years ago, so there was nothing within walking distance except a limited selection of drinks in a chiller in the reception. Friendly staff and hotel was clean but in need of a refresh. A disappointing stay for the amount it cost.

It was in a residential area out of the city centre but was really easy to catch a but to the U Bahn. We could see a field out of our window. The room was really clean and the man on reception spoke excellent English. The breakfast was really very good.

The pictures online look nothing like the actual hotel. The price is WAY too much for what you are getting. The location is terrible its about a 15 min walk to a bus station which connects to a train so all in all about a 35 min commute into town. There is nothing fun or entertaining near this hotel either. Our hotel receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful he helped us book excursions and figure out train lines. There is also water, soda and beer you can purchase during their open hours which is nice. However... the cleaning staff was not good. We ran out of toilet paper, tissues and towels almost daily. Even worse... we got locked out of our room one night and they do not staff anyone during the night at the hotel and when we called the on call employee he was asleep so we were locked out of our room for hours. SO unprofessional. If you want to use the work out room do not stay here it is musky and run down. Our shower curtain had brown stains on the bottom of it which was disgusting. Also this hotel does not have air conditioning. It was a mediocre hotel but NOT worth $180 a night!

Great stay 30 minutes from City Center

My stay was great! The hotel was a five minute walk from the bus and close by restaurants and grocery stores. For a small property I was excited to find a sauna and game room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

I like tye location .. it’s quite and has a 2 markets near and restaurant.. I dislike that the room hasn’t any facilities no mirror inside the room only one for bathroom No kettle There is a coffee machine in the lobby for free to use Overall I will visit this place again for a shot trip only

Very nice hotel, not very close to the city centre but still, the location was fine. We had shops with bread and food close by all day long, even during Saturdays or national holidays.

Nice hotel!

Nice, clean hotel. Few minutes from the bus stop which takes you to the metro in a couple of stops. The metro takes you in to the centre in about 10 mins. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. The only down side to this hotel is that it has no air conditioning and although they gave you a fan to use, it was still too hot in your room and where they served breakfast.
