I have been staying at Americas Best Value Inn in Anderson for years. I LOVED THE STAFF. Cindie, the GM was the best thing that happened to that hotel. All the staff, Aaron and Zach they were all great. The hotel was not in good condition but I stayed anyway because I loved he staff. It was the LAST American owned and ran business withing hundreds of miles. I try checking into this hotel Saturday evening and got confronted at Front Desk, not by the people we have grown to love through the years, but by some Indian guy who could not speak English and whom treated me (a women) so disrespectful. When I asked where Cindie or Aaron or any of the staff was, he said he took over Friday and fired the entire staff. That place is a mess now and they treat women guest like we are dirt for them to walk on. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT is ANOTHER Indian own property and they have no respect for women!! They have FOREVER lost my business. BRING BACK THE STAFF WE LOVE!!!
I wanted to break up my travels but didn't want to spend the money for another nights stay. This was perfect. The price was good. The room was small and basic and that was all I needed. A clean place to get some rest. Check in was handled professionally and there was plenty of parking. Location was in a highly commercial/retail type area. I felt safe. The shower water pressure was low but again, it was one shower. I would stay again if I pass that way .
This is a great place to stay when traveling with the dogs, $10 per dog, per night. I really like the individual room access. We rented a suite, which are located on the first floor. The basic rooms are very small, but the suites are two regular rooms, literally, they even have two direct entrances, and two full bathrooms. The beds were tolerable and they offered enough pillows. Interesting shower concept, great pressure and plenty of hot water. No breakfast available, but they have coffee in the lobby all day and there are sidewalks from the parking lot to Cracker Barrel right next door. The staff were kind and talkative. The outdoor pool was a bonus.
Great place to stay if you are going to the Kilspch Center for a concert. Just down the road. Very reasonable price. Staff was very nice and helpful. Asked for a room change (smoker had been in it before me) and quickly accommodated us. Very happy with the what we got for what we paid. bonus.. Crackerbarrel is next door along with Red Lobster..
The room was small the shower was small the bed was nice but the paint on the walls was dingy there was no art work the bed linens had burn holes. You wouldn't have guessed this was indeed a non smoking room.
Very nice and clean hotel. It is a bit older out side but all the rooms have been updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again will in the area. Pool and laundry room was very well kept. With all the people using these faculties. It is amazing.
Cheap rates, friendly front staff. Its not the Ritz Carlton, but im not paying those kinds of prices. The beds are comfortable and CLEAN! The whole room was! (I was hesitant from reading previous reciews but this place was GREAT!) I will most definitely be back again. CLEAN. CHEAP. FRIENDLY.
Wanted a place close to the casino, this hotel was very close. Very easy, quick drive. The staff at check in was nice but the grounds and room were awful. The hotel is non smoking but that is all you can smell in the room. The room is small, dingy. I would not stay here again.
very gracious and pleasant staff eager to help seemed genuinely concerned about any issues regarding stay. very fast and smooth check in process complex is not overly big so easy to get to rooms entry and exit to the complex convenient. this place is not going to blow you away as far as it being a posh ritzy place but for the money it is a sure bet, nice product for a reasonable price quiet safe well lit and a staff that will respond to problems immediately. for a guy that is a bargain hunter it is place that I will stay again and it is a place that I would recommend so for what I look for its a five star.
Door wouldn't even open without really leaning into it. Shower was nearly worthless. Sink horrible. Bed was a glorified futon but I slept fine except the moments of loud people slamming car doors and room doors. This place has been known in town for being a place that gets crowded and loud and roudy when it's busy. It's probably doable on weeknights if you're lucky, and desperate. Stayed at the Days Inn next door the following night, and while still very minimal, still way better for $6 more.
