I first stayed here 1997. i lived there for about 6 mnths. it has changed a lot. The staff were very good to me. Id love to know if they remember me. Everyone was always polite. They always called me Mr Simon. I used to go the club to re balanced the sound. Hello if you remember a young slightly mad and naive 22 yr old lad. thanks if any of the original staff are still. there please contact me. namaste shukriya
I had to stay at this Hotel on an emergency. The first thing to appreciate is the accommodative staff. The staff were quite understanding and helpful. All of them right from room service, housekeeping & at the reception were quite understanding. However the room was quite small and may not be the right place for a longer duration of stay. Overall liked the place except for the value.
I cannot review these guys at all. They are the worst people (staff) and also the rooms are crap. The most disgusting place it was. And also they don't have a restaurant. The tables in the room are so small that you can even have your meal properly. In terms of refund, they are CRAP. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY HAVEN'T TRANSFERRED MY CASH YET. ALL THEY NEED IS EXCUSES TO NOT PAY YOU BACK
Had to settle for the Ramee @ Khar due to a business exigency nearby. The hotel is more of a lodge. The property is dated and rooms are primitive. There is no breakfast buffet. In room dining was reasonably average. Strictly for a budget conscious traveler only.
it was Pleasure to Stay in this hotel worth Value for Money... With the close proximity to all the Major Prime Locations across the City with Mumbai Best Night Life Surrounded around the Hotel... No Restaurant but Room Service is quite up-to the mark....Hope the future Stay remains same with me, once I cum back to Mumbai... with Rgds, Nviki...
This hotel needs a major renovation and the management are a bunch of lying thieves! The photos on their website are deceiving, they do not even have a dining room! Service is ok, however, their reception staff are HIGHLY unprofessional
We were there for a visit of three days however we checked out on the first day itself due to the poor facilities. Location and the area was not so good. The hotel does not provide any restaurant facilities.
Stayed at many RAmee group hotels at many locations but first visit to RAmee guestline khar.it was very late for check in 11.30 in night so just went to sleep.room is smaller so is bathroom.furniture almirah give it a congested looks. To open almirah you have to move chair. For wifi receptionist says details given on key cover. Told that key given without cover so she gave details on phone. Spent 20 odd minutes trying all combinations but could not connect to wifi.was to leave early around 8.30 so went to restaurant for breakfast.informed that breakfast served in room only. So ordered whatever south Indian available upma n dosa with fresh juice. Appreciate they served breakfast in 5 minutes. Also impressed with from desk who informed about my car arrival jotted down drivers number and when I came down offered to call the driver too. Thanks for consideration. Their disco is noise n disturbing.
This is the best hotel in that area, the rooms are very good, and the staff is also good, specially Mr. IQBAL, his behaviour is very friendly and helpful, and whenever i come to mumbai, i will stay there for sure
The front office desk in particular Ms Aarti Patel is very very arrogant and rude. Not helpful at all. Never does anything to please or make a customer stay comfortable. No customer care attitude. I needed to make a call to Delhi and she did not even know the dialling code for Delhi. Its was raining heavily . there were no umbrella at the hotel front desk. The hotel overall is good. What you pay for is what you get. The housekeeping and room service was good.
