Friendly staff and excellent service. The staff was very supportive. They brought our luggage. They provided us enough information about food service. The breakfast has several options. The best part was food. I wish if they had provided enough toiletries in the washroom like extra toilet roll, bath salt or bubble bath, hand wash, face wash, a covered trash bin and manual to operate TV in washroom as well as lights in the room.

Our stay overall was fabulous. The hotel is very grand and very clean. The staff were amazing and very personable. They engaged with our kids. Overall, the Taj Santacruz is an excellent hotel to stay in the Vile Parle, Mumbai area. Its proximity to the T1 airport terminal makes this hotel the # 1 choice for me and perhaps others. The one issue we did face is with microwave oven hygiene as we were travelling with a toddler and we had requested for a microwave oven in our room. However, once this issue was reported, the management staff at the Taj went above and beyond to help us, correct the issue and make our stay as comfortable as it could be. Great place for families and if travelling with young kids, amazing food and the runway view rooms are a stress buster!
