The room was clean and cleaned everyday if you wanted . The staff were very helpful although there was a language barrier sometimes but not to bad . I stayed as I was having dental procedures at Dentzz . For anyone doing the same I would highly recommend Ramee Techome as they a small amount of western food and will try to help with other soft options when you’ve had your teeth out

Check in took nearly 1.5hrs, not entirely sure why it was so slow but speaking to other guys guests it seemed to be the norm. Room clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Very limited amount of toilet tissue given and not replenished on room service, although 2 liters of water provided each day which was a bonus. Good location and nice enough breakfast.

Overall rating 0 Not even worth a one star rating. We booked much in advance for 6 nights especially due to the swimming pool but when we arrived on 20th Jan we were told the pool is closed due to construction. When we arrived there was major drilling which vibrates through most of the building from 9am-6pm. The drilling is all day and intense. We were never told about this or received any email or notification advising of pool closure and loud noises from construction. As concrete is being drilled you can hear the sound throughout most the building. Reception and management are useless and did not offer any compensation or apology. They least they could have done is told us in advance. The buffet breakfast is ok. We asked for extra towels but they gave pool towels not sure why. The hotel should have advised about the construction.

Well the location is fantastic, hotel is generally clean and safe overall, just staff could be more hands on, with communication skills. Service was slow for room services. They have one hairdryer for the whole hotel and iron, which was very convenient when we had multiple groups attending functions. General hotel facilities are good and clean. Good for quick stay and social visits

The place itself is very clean, the staff are friendly and the food was delicious. The only complaint and it's not any real thing the place can do but the trains all night long. Tooting their horns. If they had double glazed windows I would have slept alot better and I was on the 7th floor facing the railway.

The place seems to be very overstaffed. The front desk was quite populated and they were just there to harass guests to pay extras. I felt rather unsafe and I went here because I felt it was 4 Star place. There was absence in courtesy, everyone over there snatched your luggage to get some tips made me feel unsafe. The entrance metal detector is weirdly placed causing inconvenient drop off. If anyone needs my advice please avoid Khar prefer Juhu and BKC.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The amenities, staff and restaurants were excellent. The only drawback i see is the location...its in one of the by-lanes and not on a prominant main roadway. The area around the hotel is old and residential. That is the only drawback in my opinion. The food in the restaurants was great and the drinks were also good.
