Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are just wonderful, courteous and very helpful. They upgraded us to the ocean view room. They even provided an extra rolling bed. They provided 2 large bottles of water everyday and more if needed (don’t drink tap water!). There is a in-house Travel representative who is very helpful with arranging private drivers. For short distances use the rickshaw…quite the experience! Hotel restaurant service is good. Surrounding area-Easy access to the Juhu beach which was nice but you will be pestered by beggars. Surrounding Juhu area is very congested, dirty, excessive traffic that does not follow any rules, minimal footpaths so you have to walk on the roads like locals. There are no pedestrian crossings. So when walking around be careful and vigilant as it is like navigating an assault course. This would be the case with any other local hotels. I

The room was spotless and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was extremely polite and always pleasantly helpful. The front desk staff was cordial. I would stay there again. The only problem is that they need to fix the plumbing in the bathroom; when taking a shower, the water floods and fills up, so you're standing in two inches of water.

This is a great property and the staff are very efficient. The food as I would tell Rajesh S is exquisite when I get into the foodie mode. The location is fabulous with beach access. The areas around these hotels in Mumbai leave a lot to be desired but once in - it is bliss.

Avoid.

The staff were very rude, and didn’t not enjoy any interaction with the staff. The prices on food and drink was extortionate. Equally the price of a a lot nicer hotel 500m up the road was a 10 times nicer for an additional £40 a night more. Poor rooms, poor service and not a nice experience.

Hotel is good but needs some updating in the communal areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the only issue was when we arrived, we arrived earlier than the check in time but were not given access to the WiFi until 2.00pm, the hotel was already paid for in advance, so we found this extremely annoying
