Too much artificial fragrance smell everywhere. Would advise to switch to natural smells. Neighborhood around hotel not clean, no place within the hotel campus to walk. Staff was very good and so was the breakfast.

The hotel needs to re-evaluate their air freshening strategy. They are using synthetic perfume sprays everywhere in high concentrations which caused us severe headaches. We had to specifically ask them for an air purifier and sheets without the fragrance. The first room we were allotted had roach spray smell. We complained and they moved us to a better one. The horizon views from the sea facing rooms are marvelous but look down and you can’t unsee the conditions around the property. The staff and service were very good (credit where it’s due).

All staff are very kind and helpful. The place can be noisy though at late night as the adjacent walls seem to be thin. Laundry service didn’t come on time which was disappointing as it is costly. A lot of workers around to help when needed. Disappointing that the hotel doesn’t have a recycling system in the rooms considering global warming etc. Everything goes into one bin.

This property was a complete disappointment. The rooms were dirty, and the entire property was under construction, creating a lot of noise. Moreover, the staff appeared to assign rooms based on skin color, which led us to leave for a different hotel. We ended up wasting two nights’ worth of money for nothing. Will never go back to this hotal nor recommend anyone. Stay away from this property!
