Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai5.0 out of 5.0

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay where staff made such a positive difference to the experience. Felt like a luxurious escape from the heat and frenzied pace of Mumbai. The Concierge, Neha, gave us fantastic tips for sightseeing and food. She is a gem. Our breakfasts were made even more enjoyable, adding to the extensive menu, with the attention given to us by Athul the ever-smiling, friendly waiter who remembered our daily requests. Highly recommended.
I've been to most if not all the top hotels in the city and I must say it’s been a warm and truly luxurious experience. Starting from the conversation with the staff before even booking a room to check-out, everything was handled flawlessly. Which brings me to the first point, the service at the Four Seasons is the best in the city. They only make promises they can keep and definitely go out of their way to make your stay comfortable in whatever way possible. I stayed here for a private occasion once and for New Years Eve. Kudos to the entire team and special thanks to Mahesh Khatri, Lomesh Patel, Apeksha Boricha for their excellent hospitality. As for the food, San Qi is often considered the one of the best Pan Asian restaurants in the city and I can't disagree. The breakfast at Prato isn't as grandiose as some other places but it's far more than serviceable. We were lucky to get a higher floor with sea view. The sea facing rooms have pretty good views but it's hampered by some development work going on around the hotel and the higher up you are, the further away you are from all that. The rooms aren't huge but they are wonderfully designed and excessively comfortable and the only bad thing I can say about that is that it becomes really hard to leave. The property as a whole isn't particularly huge and some people might have a problem with that and the layout but that's just me being nitpicky. To conclude, if you're visiting the city and are staying for more than just one night, this is the place to choose. If you're from the city and want to just getaway for a night or two and relax, this is the place to choose. If you're here for a layover, I'd suggest something closer to the airport. But I'd still choose Four Seasons. I can't say enough good things about the place as is clear by my review. I will definitely be staying here again.
I was highly pleased with the quality of the food and comfort that was provided to us in our rooms. All the requirements were met with immense speed. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will come back next time we get a chance to visit India! Thank you for your hospitality and yummy breakfasts! would highly recommend to all travellers
I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is amazing. They actually care about you and make sure your stay is comfortable. Whenever I travel to Mumbai 4 seasons is the only place I will stay. The security is also the best!
The room - and bathtub especially - were luxurious and clean. The rooftop lounge was too loud for us to have a drink and be able to hear each other. The restaurant was freezing so we left after scarfing down what we ordered as starters. Note that the rooms can pick up traffic noise and keep you up, but they do give you earplugs. I was really happy with the service - I got sick and they gave me a very late check out, which I appreciated.
Luxury property close to Worli sea face and conveniently located for those visiting south Mumbai/Bandra. Very warm hospitality and staff was very courteous. Both in room dining and the restaurant food was excellent. A small kids play area could be useful for those with young families
Great service and very clean rooms, when we requested a quiet room that is exactly what we got. Certainly will return to this hotel in the future. Food was very tasty and breakfast had a wide selection
We were to spend just one night there and my parents 4 nights. We have stayed at Four Seasons in many countries and this has to be the worst in terms of most things. We paid for a sea view room and were "upgraded" to a bigger room but Ishita failed to mention that it was a slum view room and the size didnt make up for the really depressing "view". Took them a while to give us a smaller but sea view room (AMEX Platinum upgrade means nothing to them). Same thing happened to my parents and when I heard about that I lost my mind, how do they do this to old people just because they dont complain? Thankfully Kartik was able to sort out the situtation for them and also offered to refund them for the prepaid days if they wanted to change hotels (which they did, Taj FTW)! One of the guests told us there was blood in their room and so they asked for change of rooms and got the same "upgrade" as us. Its insane! As for the rooftop bar, it was beautiful no doubt but again they really dont know how to cater to non Mumbai people and gave us a seat that was absolutely ridiculous even after we told them we were going to order food. Oh well. I know better now. Did I mention that they told us the rooftop bar was closed when we wanted to make reservation but then it magically opened on NYE? As for the location, its WAY south so if you want to shop or be near fun food places, stay in Bandra or Juhu. Traffic in Mumbai is not worth the hassle of staying in South Mumbai. I honestly think its worth staying at Taj or Oberoi if you are looking for comfort. All in all, don't have Ishita check you in and ask for Kartik if you need help fixing her mess. We will be writing to Four Seasons Corporate about this.
One of my best experiences of hospitality in Mumbai very Beautiful hotel located with sea face view in Worli the area of the hotel is good but surrounding is not that good there are some slum areas around it but that's alright the hotel compensates the surrounding once you enter the hotel it's nothing as if you see I'm the actual foods the staff is really nice I really like the hotel will come again soon
Everything about this hotel is perfect - the staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious with really comfortable beds. The breakfast is amazing - a great variety of options. The pool area is clean with lots of sun beds. Very good WiFi connection. The location is also excellent. I would definitely come back and stay here again.
