Lovely amenities. Staff was friendly. Hotel was not prepared for the soccer tournement and the amount of people. Ran out of beverage glasses, literally could not serve any drinks. food service was painfully slow. It will be interesting to see if they adapt to crowds, we have another event next month.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the food at the restaurant on the first floor was quite good. However, the service was just average. I’m not sure if it was because I booked through a third-party platform, but I was given the two worst rooms—both on the second floor, right next to the elevator.

Whoever designed this hotel did an amazing job!!! It was beautiful from the reception area, to the restaurant and pool, to the room. Beautiful sitting areas through the lobby and outside. Made me feel like I was on vacation somewhere else.

It’s was good while it lasted

Have been staying here with my sister and our kids for years now, once a year to attend a kids concert. Everything about this hotel has been great. This past stay, I will say we were very disappointed with the restaurant. Made us completely rethink our stay for next year. Our drinks and food took MORE than an hour. When we went to the host to purchase s’more kits, we were told we shouldn’t buy them because the fire pits were going to close at 9, and none were available anyways. 9:30, 10:30 came around and the fire pits were still on and other families were enjoying their s’more kits. We found a space to sit at the “non s’more” fire pit and they came by and shut that fire pit down on us at about 9:30. We were left pretty flabbergasted. Almost felt as if it was just towards us.
