This was my first stay at Hotel Avante and this was by far one of the best hotels that I have had the pleasure of staying at ! The front desk staff which included Nathan, Jeric, and Steve were extremely professional and helpful. Steve helped me download my boarding pass the day before my flight which is always a benefit. Everthing to the cleaning ladies, to the soaps, shampoo, etc.. was exceptional ! Oh - the morning breakfast had an awesome variety of different choices and the kitchen staff was working very hard to keep items refilled and keeping everything clean - great job ! I love Hotel Avante !

Everything was good except on first night. My room (101) was too close to the lobby, and some quests checked in at 3 am. They made lots of noises. I could not sleep. Starting from second night I was changed to another room at the fourth floor. Then it was good.
quiet room, solid breakfast, nice staff . On a busy street, but convenient for that reason.

Reasonable price for a solid hotel in Silicon Valley. The location was a bit remote, but the price makes up for it. I was on vacation, so I was not in a rush to get anywhere. Clean and big rooms. I have no complaints, and would recommend if it's in your price range.
Outdated hotel with dingy elevators. Limited channels on TV, which flickered all night long. Easy parking & checkin.
Staff was amazing, hotel was very clean. Our room was well-updated. The breakfast was a great perk! Also the pool and spa looked great, although we didn't have a chance to go in. Next time we'll definitely stay more than one night!
The location is convenient to the San Jose airport. We were able to walk to dinner to good Italian and Mexican restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was good. The desk staff was efficient but not particularly warm or go-out-of-their-way helpful. (However, one staff member was very kind and friendly and took time to tell us about restaurants.)
