Hotel exceeded my expectations for something not near a major city. Its only 2 floors but no elevator. Only a few things could’ve made it exceptional: A. Rooms could’ve used refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. (Fridge available at $5/wk extra... just roll the cost into the room upfront) B. Bathroom had only 2 wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. Extras would’ve been nice use in the excercise room and pool area. Access to pool a little inconvenient as you needed to enter thru locker rooms off hallway though direct access door was available. Also needed to grt separate card key from desk to access the gym. C. Continental breakfast was just cereal and pastry, juice and coffee. Iced tea available was a nice touch. Although a discount coupon available for the restaurant next door(buffet only), something like boiled eggs and yogurt would’ve been a nice option. Desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly especially when I had left my wallet and room keys at the track in my trailer. She got me new room keys with no hassle. Overall was a great stay at a very nice hotel.

Thought I would have a problem with a refund because I booked the wrong day but they came through . Very clean and very friendly. Next time I'm in Dallas I would not mind staying here again.

Nice, no frills hotel. I didn't have time for breakfast but it appeared to be the standard hotel continental breakfast. There seems to be no elevator, my two bags and I were directed to the stairwell to go to my 2nd floor room.

Close to CMU but better prices. Nice and quiet. Easy to find.

This hotel was ok at best. I was locked out of my room for about a half hour or a little better. Night desk person was nice however, was not prepared for the emergency, she had to call her boss to find a solution. Upon check out we warned the maid of the malfunctioning door she was well aware of the problem. Why would you use a room that you knew had an issue? For our inconvenience we were given a very minimal discount on our room, wow... If I can help it, I won't go back.
