Very clean, ceiling fans in rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast (including eggs, sausage, and waffles). Free shuttle service to the casino using wooden tokens provided by the hotel.
Room was right next to the work out room could hear the treadmill when people were running on it and bathroom wasn't very clean toliet was dirty and hair in the shower
We liked it because it was so close to where we were going. It was clean and up to date.
The room a very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. I liked the spacious room.
Cleanliness is about ok. Could run a vacuum in hallway more often. My bed had crumbs in it, and don’t believe the sheets were charged. Reported to front desk. However we got back to our room it was late. My girlfriend had trouble walking so didn’t want to make her change rooms. Next morning sheets were changed,however no other cleaning was done to room. Free shuttle to casino used on first day was disgusting sheets floor and over a appearance of vehicle was disgusting. Seats on the trip to casino were filthy and smelled of urine. On return trip to hotel shuttle vehicle was newer by a bit not much cleaner and smelly. Driver and her front seat passenger were friends and ignored us. As if they were on on night out together. Would not use this service ever again. It does reflect badly on the Baymont.
Continental breakfast. Staff awesome. Alysa from the Front Desk is awesome. She was very informative and made check-in quick and easy. Since we never stayed at this hotel, she made us feel so welcome.
Two entrances made it very easy to get bags to the room

Property furnishings outdated! One friend staying in different room got bitten by what appears to be bed bugs! Charged a ridiculous amount because it was CMU’s graduation which I think is inconsiderate considering all the cost involved with graduating! Staff was very nice, had cupcakes for the graduates very nice!

The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Sent text messages regarding my stay and if I was happy with arrangements! A couple things I would change, not deal breakers, but would like a directory in the room for not only the hotel, but Mount Pleasant restaurants or things to see and do. I'm from there, so I know the area well, but out of town visitors would not. Also, I was on the 2nd floor, only a pop vending machine, not a snack one on that floor, the other two floors have both. That being said, I'd stay there again as it was a positive experience for the price
