The room was comfortable, however their pool area wasn’t. The pool water was cold as ice. I informed the front desk at check-in and at checkout. Both times, they replied that there was nothing they could do as they were under “strict” orders not to change anything (as the pool, tub and air temperature in the pool area needed to stay at a constant temperature). At that time they mentioned that the pool water was 88F and hot tub 102F…I tell you that was definitely not the case. Perhaps the thermostat is out of order and they need to work on that as well.
