This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! After check in I realized they didn’t give me breakfast times, then she said they don’t serve breakfast anymore!! I informed her it was on their website and Expedia, that is one of the reasons why we chose them, they need to have it removed immediately from there

Breakfast foods were not cooked properly, the microwave didn’t work to try to warm them up. Staff was slow in bringing requested items like syrup. Hot tub was ok but the kids in the pool kept splashing water on the people in the hot tub.

Our room was clean. It was obvious the hotel was old and they were trying to make upgrades. There were some loud construction/possibly furnace noises that were disturbing. The one issue I had was the nightlight on the hairdryer was shining directly into the mirror which then was shining directly toward my position in the bed. It made sleeping difficult. I tried to cover it with a towel but could not make it stay. The only way to shut it off was to turn on the light. Minor issue but definitely something to look into correcting.

Room was great! Staff is wonderful! They are doing a little upgrading on the breakfast, but that is all completely understandable. I would recommend that you bring your own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Very clean and staff were very helpful. I guess this is a get what you pay for type of situation. The hotel was cheap so I understand it not being the best experience. Breakfast was warmed up gravy and was just not very appealing. No iron in the room. The hot tub was cold and our door key didn't work at first. We had to change our card three times. Once probably being my fault for holding key next to my phone. I wouldn't stay here again but if you need something quick inexpensive and clean then yes go there.

Room was clean staff was very courteous I miss breakfast because I didn't get up in time and breakfast is over at 9:00 probably should be over at 10:00 to give people a chance to get up and get their stuff together but other than that the state was really great
