This is an adorable location on the water for a small family. Our only major hiccup was that the hosts provided ZERO communication, both prior and during our stay, and after numerous attempts to reach them. The facility was very smoky when we arrived and the gas stove barely works. Old and used feminine hygiene products were in the bathroom and quite smelly, and there was only one washcloth for our whole family. And there are no hot pads or kitchen towels for taking items out of the stove. Very simple things that could have been remedied or even a text during the stay (rather than 10 minutes AFTER our departure) to say they were sorry. What could have been fantastic just made a lot more work, cleaning, and scurrying around for us….
