"We had a fantastic stay at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas and would happily return.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made a wonderful impression. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. What really stood out, though, was their incredible help at check-out. We ran into an issue with our Uber transfer to the airport, and the staff on duty went above and beyond—calling multiple local transfer companies on our behalf until they secured us a ride in time to make our flight. It completely turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and we were so grateful for their effort and care.
The location is another major highlight—just a short walk to both the town centre and the beach, making it easy to explore and relax without needing transport. The pool area was also a standout: beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for unwinding.
Overall, a great experience made even better by exceptional service. Highly recommend!
