I can't say enough about the staff here at Bay Villas. Vicki was so very kind and so helpful with not only the property but also how to get around and navigate through the town. She assisted me with making calls that I needed to make and even took interest in how my days went during my visit. She really went above and beyond her duties and I will never forget my stay here in Port Douglas.
Room smelled like mold. Obvious signs of water damage that happened in the room. The bed was literally broken and would fold in on one side almost to the ground. The best part of the hotel was checking out.
