Reeks of cigarette smoke. People obviously smoked in rooms the whole time we were there. If you have kids or are sensitive to cigarette smoke don’t stay here.

Lobby had a weird smell kind of butter scotch maybe for Fall but it was overwhelming upon entry to the hotel. Room had muddy carpet, damp bath towels and empty shower gel. Shower was good, tv good, refrigerator froze all our drinks but fine. Price was okay on a game weekend. Hotel was filled with a construction crew and they were fine but everywhere. All corners of the hotel had exits and smokers..

Room had mold on walls, smelled very musty, leftover food in refrigerator from previous guest open bottle of Gatorade on floor under side of bed, large are of tub had crack and plaster, floors weren’t vacuumed. Our room and bathroom were shabby and not clean. There was trash from a previous guest on the floor near each bed. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no housekeeping service after the first night. We had to request clean towels. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom and we had to request that as well after we ran out. The shower stopped working while I was taking a shower. A loud noise came from the pipe and the water shut off. There is a reason this hotel was about half the price of others in the area.

Upon arrival we walked into a very small room there was a hole punched in the ceiling, the bathroom counter was sloped so things rolled off the counter, the toilet seat would not stay up, a gap between the casing on the bathroom door 3/4 of an inch, the blow dryer was supposed to be attached to the wall when I took it off the whole thing fell down no screws, the free breakfast was a joke, the house keeping never cleaned our room, had to ask for towels every day, the tv didn’t work well battery’s weak, staff was not friendly, pillows were the size of throw pillows had to buy two new ones to sleep on, we had shut our door when we left came back at night our door and the one next to ours was both open we had nothing missing in our room. All in all a terrible stay especially for what we paid.

Friendly staff but filthy

Our room was shabby (toilet rusted, leaky faucets, cabinet door off hinges) and very dirty (trash left on floors, hair in tub, grime on baseboards, floor and surfaces). What redeemed it at all was the friendly front desk staff, the location, and other guests were quiet.

Not a good stay

My wife and I have stayed here at least twice before. This was NOT a good stay...1.the tv would not turn on. I reported it but there was no action. 2/the toilet water ran consistently. I reported it and no action was taken. 3/ I turned on the heater for a few minutes to heat the room and a electrical smell came out of the vents and set off the smoke alarm. 4/ the reservation desk could not give me a receipt because the printer was not working. I hope this will not be the case at Sonesta, if we return

This property need some updates The elevators feel like it's going to stop on you it takes forever to open and the air unit in the room comes on and cuts off, the parkinlot is tight the staff is semi friendly. But please know when you stay their you will be paying 2 payments at the price of the hotels as a hold depoist. The will not tell you at all, when i complain they hung up on me and will not address any issues you may have , they are very very unprofessional the staff.

Fine for the Price

It's fine. It's a significantly cheaper rate then the typical hotel I stay at but there are downgrades associate with it. There's usually a maintenance task needed in the room whether the drains are slow and need to be snaked or the toilet seat won't stay up. That being sad, staff is friendly and I've stayed here multiple times.

Dirty first room. Got 2nd room. Bathroom dirty in second room 1/3 roll of toilet paper, bed uncomfortable. No soap or shampoo for the shower tv remote didn’t work small pillows. They should have paid me to sleep there
