Our overall experience was way above average! This hotel offers an exceptionally peaceful setting to relax, dine and unwind. We went for Holy Week and it did get a little wild by the weekend, but there is ample space for guests to find peace even when it is crazy. The hotel staff was good and the waiters were excellent. The food was delicious and the buffets were great. Overall experience was super.
Its a nice place but the rooms do not value the money we paid. WIFI never worked.
The hotel has a beautifully landscaped garden. we loved it. It was peaceful and relaxing. At night, the hotel and landscape could be better illuminated. We went out for a night walk and we could hardly see anything. Afterwards, i went up to the gym for a workout and this was pitch black. i had to use my cell phone as a flash light to go up the stairs (lights will not turn on). we stayed in the newly built area of the hotel. The rooms were nice, but a bit on the smaller size than we are normally used to. There was no place to hang our wet bathing suits in the balcony. There were some nice wooden patio furniture that we could use (but not ideal for drying wet clothes). Hotel had a good valet parking service, which we used everyday. Hotel staff was very courteous and nice. On our last night, We requested a 5:00 am wake call, but we did not received the call. the front desk promptly apologized for their screw up. Overall it was a nice stay at this hotel. a bit overpriced, but we will definitely stay here again if we find a good deal. .
I chose this hotel for relaxing and I just got that. It has beautiful gardens with a variety of interesting plants, food is good and in the night the environment turns very romantic.
This hotel is a great little getaway that is only a little over a hour from Mexico City by bus. The grounds are very well kept and contain several labeled exotic plants. While it is located close enough to the city center for a quick taxi ride, you wouldn´t know it once you are inside the tranquill courtyard. You can lounge around one of the three pools and enjoy the sounds of the singing birds. My only recommendation would be sure that you don´t get a room located by the outdoor restaurant in the courtyard. My room was just above the dining area, and it was noisy until midnight. The sounds of music from the restaraunt could then be heard promptly the next morning as it prepared to open for breakfast. I don´t think this would be a problem anywhere else in the hotel, as the pools close early (with the exception of the hot tub). I´m sure I ended up in this room because I chose the cheapest one (still a lovely room with great courtyard patio). An overall great hotel, I wish I could have stayed longer. An overal g
