Hosteria Las Quintas Hotel

I stayed at Las Quintas with a big group from the office. Really good service from all the staff and good location for meetings (great saloon for big groups). The rooms are nice and big, but not extraordinary... Food is also ok. The thing I love the most are the beautiful gardens and sculptures around the hotel

Can’t beat the price. Staff was very courteous. I don’t speak Spanish but everyone humored me. Grounds were in excellent shape...staff was sweeping leaves in the morning while it was still dark. Beer was ice cold. Rooms were very nice. Grocery store half a block away. Definitely will stay here again.

The visit to this hotel was mostly pleasent, we came here as we wanted a hotel with a spa service eventhough we couldnt book any as they were all booked. The hotel is very spacious and it is well perserved, i would fully recommend people to stay here as it is clean and they have very good service. As well the restaurant has good food and if you eat at the brunch on sunday you get a late check out at 2 instead of 12. The only complain that i have is the wáter i was never able to take a hot shower in the hotel, they blamed it on the bad weather but i honestly believe that a hotel of this size should be able to support it.

This is a superb hotel. I travel quite a lot and this ranks very highly amongst the places I have stayed. The layout of the hotel is like a compound; you park outside and linen-jacketed staff appear and whisk away your luggage and your car. You pass through a portal and into beautifully manicured gardens. There are staff everywhere tending to the hotel and its gardens, and ready to be helpful to every request. The room we booked was a terrace suite and it was very large, with a super bed and a separate lounge area. The bathroom was well appointed. Tea and coffee facilities and other amenities were in the room, along with a pair of large TVs. The wifi worked well. There are nice pools interspersed amongst the gardens, along with a hot tub. A lovely hotel and highly recommended.

The place is beautiful , gardens are marvelous , but the service is terrible bad. It is very near from Mexico city, the place is a tourist attractive, they should have a much better attention to their hosts. The cost is very expensive. I dont advise you to go.

Really nice Hotel, great bed, quiet and clean, excellent customer service. The hotel is beatifull and his gardens too. Have two nice pools and a gym. In the restaurant you can enjoy Mexican Food with a authentic flavor. It's not an expensive restaurant. The breakfast is very good. Near you can found a supermarket (tequila is chepper here that in the airport), prepared food, sushi, and a coffee shop. Internet is not so good . . .

The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights.... But get out for lunch and dinner as a la carte menu items are unimpressive. Don't order the quintas cocktail. Do order margarita mezcal with amores reposado tequila. If u need quiet do request room far from resto. Semana Santa they had many events planned for Friday and Saturday which were lots of fun... Yoga, Zumba...kids activities. The staff is friendly and very engaging. The housekeeping could use some improvement. My glass cup that I would place by sink didn't get cleaned or replaced a few times. Also found residue of shaving cream and bath gel a few times in bathtub area. But overall this is a very pleasant stay for families, couples or solo travelers. There are no fridges in room which is a shame. They also only offer two little bottles of water per day.m there is how ever a water jug in gym where you can refill. The gym is quite a good size with a couple elliptically a Nike and a tread mill. There are some boxing bags and free weights as well as a multi weight machine. Comfortable for about five to six ppl to work out at a time. My there is a super market across the street with a deli if u need a break from resto. Also plenty of nice restos or taco joints within walking distance. Easy to get cabs as there is a taxi station in front of hotel. Also hotel can call taxi company if there are none waiting. Overall this was an excellent stay and would recommend it for future!

We stayed 4 nights during high season. It is a very nice hotel with amazing gardens. It has 3 pools, one of them for families and children as it is not deep. There is no shadow to rest from the sun and as it was high season there was not space to lay down. They had a small kids club with nice personnel and good activities. The rooms are large and spacious, our bathroom had the tap broken so it was very hard to close it. Some oxide stains in the bathtub wall. The restaurant offeres great food at the buffet, and the menu is well served. In general, we had a good experience, the hotel is nice, it just needs to be updated (eg bathrooms, telephone.)

We are always fascinated at what we find behind behind the inevitable walls in Mexican cities. From the road, this uneventful location meant nothing. Once inside, you are enveloped with lush gardens and extraordinary beauty. We recently spent a full week here as our headquarters for Cuernavaca and surrounding areas. From the incredibly friendly and attentive bellman in the front lobby to virtually every other person we encountered, this place exuded hospitality and friendliness. The remarkable staff at the front desk was always helpful with cash exchanges and our daily ration of cold waters for our day's adventure. The cleaning staff was equally remarkable in their attention to details – – our room was ready and incredibly welcoming after a day prowling around the countryside. We ate on the grounds several nights and while the food was very good, service was not a strong point. There was a very well-equipped fitness room on the third floor with aerobic machines, free weights, and multi – exercise machines. The Wi-Fi was extraordinary and enabled easy streaming. The bathroom was well appointed with a great shower and hot water on demand. Regrettably, there was no refrigerator in the room. Speaking of rooms, the location you choose is critical. This place is a hotspot for weddings, various parties and conventions of business groups. Our room 54 was smack dab in the middle of it all and adjacent to the work area where the staff did much of the preparation. Exercise great caution on selecting your room based on the many events. The grounds are luscious and there are four or five pools of various size throughout this facility's marvelously maintained landscape. Parking for our rental car was effortless and the bellman out front took the keys from us at night and after just a few minutes presented our vehicle to us each morning with helpful hints about our day's adventure. But for the proximity to the many events and the accompanying noise and disarray, the only other point of concern was work on the room directly behind us. It started early and ended late and on two occasions an epoxy-like fume permeated our room and we had to flee while the room aired out. It does seem that management may have taken into consideration the impact such work would've had on surrounding rooms. All that aside, this was an extraordinary stay and made our week in Cuenavaca incredibly memorable.

in an enchanting setting, so I would imagine that the hotel facilities are equally nice. I have visited here twice, sitting in the beautiful garden, and have thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. This time, most of us just had snacks and drinks. I actually had a hamburger, something that I rarely do, & it was positively delicious.
