The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with quality linens and the living area includes a full/queen size sofa bed. The kitchen includes a 2 burner induction stove, cookware and coffee essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The home is located on the second floor above a double-car garage. On the ground floor, guests enter through a spacious private entryway that includes room for shoes, outerwear and gear, along with a chest freezer for added convenience during fishing or extended stays.

The property is adjacent to a beautiful log home, which serves as the primary residence. While the driveway is shared, there is ample parking space for all guests. For parking, please use the spaces directly in front of the garage doors. The garage itself is not included or accessible during your stay.

Unlike many properties in the area, this home is not located directly on the Seward Highway, offering a noticeably quieter setting while still remaining centrally positioned on the Kenai Peninsula.
