It's a house converted into a hotel in a quite neighborhood in Girdwood. You have to be quite as walls are thin. There's a grocery store close to it if you need anything.

I like everything about this place. It has a homey feel to it. There’s a restaurant and pub at walking distance. Karen I hope I got her name right is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Ski View Room (#3) was a little tight for 2 adults and all our gear, but conveniently located near the entrance on the ground floor. If I visit again, I might consider a slightly larger room like the Park View.
