Great location. Close to good restaurants. About a mile to the ski lodge. Clean comfortable. I had the top floor with a kitchen private bathroom shower. Overall very pleasant stay.

no staff around, glad we didn't have any issues because phone number that was left for assistance just had a message phone. Let ourselves in with a code that was emailed to us. comfortable small, clean room. Nice communal living room with a refrigerator stocked with breakfast things to eat. Never did see a kitchen that was pictured in the ad. We would stay here again because it was a deal for the area and OHHH yes!, Our golden retriever loved the small park behind the Inn.

Great Place to stay!

My husband and I came for a night at the Sitzmark. I had downloaded my email from the Ski Inn but didn't realize it was an email from a year ago so we couldn't get in. The Ski Inn was very responsive when I called and found our reservation and got us in and off for a fun night! Thanks for your courtesy and all of your help!

This was the first bed & breakfast type place that I’ve stayed at so I was not a fan of the ‘community’ vibes the place has - I like my own space and the common area was pretty small with everyone that was also there. I expected a small room but it was smaller than I thought it would be. A folding chair or two in the room would have been nice. The wifi was great, the dining options and grocery store within walking distance was also a huge benefit. I would stay again, but only for a night or 2.

Stayed one night at the Ski inn, when I showed up it appeared I was the only one at the place, no other guests or staff. Went to sleep only to be woken up to someone trying to get into my room after 10:30pm. Startled as I didn't hear any commotion and didn't see any other cars in the parking lot. Waited to hear something and the person proceeded for 30 minutes to get into my room.. No response from the ownership as to why someone would be trying to get into my room. Eventually called 911 to check and ensure there was no entruders. Couldn't sleep the remainder of the night. As a solo female traveler would not recommend for security purposes as they don't have staff on hand and allow late reservations/"self" check-in so they dont check any ID or documentaiton.

The walls are paper thin and there was a consistent beeping noise coming from downstairs. It was incredibly hard sleep with the sounds going off throughout the night. I stayed in room 5 and could hear it all night. If it weren’t for the lack of sleep and the maddening beeping noise, it would have been a very pleasurable experience.

Everything was very nice and clean, just a little difficult with getting in to the place via codes and actually finding the room. There was an issue with our keypad on arrival, but after a little while of messing with the screen it resolved itself. No staff onsite to help, it was middle of the night.

Adorable, conveniently-located spot!

Super cute spot right in the heart of Girdwood, within walking distance to many places. They have a couple of dog-friendly rooms which I think is great (we didn't bring our pup but it's nice to know we can in the future). The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. My only qualm was the bathroom was a sliding barn door style that doesn't lock, so true bathroom privacy can only be had if someone leaves the room, lol! But if you're comfortable with that or traveling solo, this is perfect. Also I believe a few of the other rooms have a different bathroom situation, a shared bathroom outside of the rooms that does lock, so that's also an option. Overall it was a great location and a great price - I'll defniitely be staying there again!

A very nice place to stay. We had an issue with our smart lock code, but the staff was able to get it resolved quickly. The room was very cozy and comfortable and we were able to walk to all the restaurants. Would happily stay here again.
