Forget your worries in this spacious (3000 sqft+) and serene space. Enjoy your stay in a spacious walkout basement with your own Sauna, Gym, fireplace, office, and garage space. Centrally located, with drivable distance to many offices and markets.

This is an open living space. You can use the room partitions provided to divide the space or cover the doors, as you would like. There are three levels in the house, and you have exclusive access to the entire first level, with your private entrance. We can also provide an air mattress if you are a party of more than 4, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests.

You have exclusive access to the Sauna, gym, and office. No one else will be using these amenities during your stay.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Change of towels is available on request.

The check-in was very easy. Directions to location and parking were great. The host stated that they were new to VRBO. The residence itself was quite pleasant; however, daily needed items were not present such as: paper towels, extra toilet paper, 2 complete sets of bath linens, mattress covers, coffee filters, bowls, cooking utensils, need end tables by the bed to charge phones & lay alarm clock, no window coverings, burned out lightbulbs, etc. There was an alarm going off when we arrived (unit did not get fixed), the fireplace did not work (we lit it twice and it went out after a minute or so). So the location itself was wonderful but not yet appropriately equipped for guests.
