It was my first time visiting Montreal and selecting this Hotel was the worst choice I made looking at the pics and reviews. I really had worst experience with the staff during check in. None of the staff members I spoke to were friendly especially the security were very rude. I felt as If they were not happy with people coming to their hotel. As soon as I entered the place it was having weird stinking smell which was there through out my 2 nights stay outside the room. Totally it was not worth the money I spent.

Either the hotel or Expedia are lying in regard to microwave in the room. When I booked it was showing on the Expedia website, hence before checking, I got some outside food packed to heat in microwave late night. When I reached the room, no microwave , had to throw away cold food.
