Ideal location for visiting Quartier des Spectacles, right in the middle of it all. Steps from iconic QDS venues and a short & easy walk to Chinatown and Vieux-Port. Bustling food hall across the street and the Pool Room downstairs for late night steamies :). The host (Adam) was helpful, proactive, and quick to respond both before and during our stay. I had read in some reviews on another site that the surroundings were "gritty" but I found that aspect of the neighborhood to be typical of most North American urban environments...at no point (including late at night) did I feel it was unsafe for anyone with some basic common sense to navigate. The apartment itself was basic but extremely clean and very comfortable, with a modern/minimalist feel. Exactly as described in the listing. I will definitely consider this my first option for lodging next time my travels bring me to QDS by myself or with one other person.

A Decent Stay

The stay was fine for a short visit — the room was clean and most of the basics were covered. Appreciated the full kitchen and the coffee supplied. Note to others who might want to stay-terrace and laundry machines are shared with others in the building, not within the unit itself. Iron but no ironing board in the unit. As well, recommend using the front entrance at night as the rear goes out to an alleyway that didn’t seem the safest. Overall a decent place. Would stay again in the future.
