First time traveling from Toronto to Montreal and this hotel was such a convenient choice! Everything was accessible and walkable — the VIA Rail station was less than 10 minutes away by foot, and Old Montreal, the Old Port, and other tourist spots were about a 20-minute walk. Metro stations and bus stops were also nearby, making it easy to get around. The staff at the front desk were nice and friendly, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We even arrived early and were given our room right away, which was a big plus. Breakfast was simple — breads, cereals, and boiled eggs. I do wish there were more variety or that it changed daily, but for the price, it felt fair. Slippers and extra toiletries weren’t complimentary, but they had a small shop at the ground floor where you could buy those items at surprisingly cheap prices (even water was the same as in grocery stores, which was really convenient). Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for an affordable and decent place to stay in Montreal. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and will be coming back next time!

Four nights in Montreal

Great room , although if stying for more than a few nights, you would find the space for cloth’s insufficient with only enough room to hang a couple of shirts and no space for a full length dress. The pillows are on the firmer side of hard and not alternative. (I asked) Having said this everything else was good including the location which was handy for the old town and the shopping district.
