Im only thing i can say thats could be better is that it is a dated hotel, it does need a update, but its clean and staff is good and breakfast is great, parking is just bad :( but thats downtown for you , but lots of food and shopping around and great vaule as long as you book earlier:)

A lot of street noise. Bath tub was pretty small to stand in for taking a shower. Your air flow for ac to bedroom was terrible. And the lighting in the bedroom was not enough, tv in bedroom was nice though.

Centrally located but disappointing

While the location was central to many different neighborhoods, the rooms and hotel itself were less nice than the photos. It's clear no one had vacuumed the hallway for over 24 hours as a Kleenex was sitting in the same spot for that long. For environmental reasons we were told our room would only be cleaned every other night. I support this policy, but not when the second cleaning doesn't occur - over a 5 night stay our room was cleaned once. Would not stay here again.

The check in process was easy. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. We had a few issues but were resolved quickly. Breakfast was good however my only advice is to come before 9 am as it gets too crowded and they aren't enough seats to accommodate. Would stay there again.

This hotel was one of the roughest I've stayed in a long time. There wasn't a single surface or item in the room that wasn't damaged or stained. Visible dust and debris on most surfaces made it clear it the room was not cleaned recently or thoroughly. The sofa bed was broken and made up with a single dirty fitted sheet when we arrived. We did promptly receive clean linens when requested, but my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch without it being pulled out because it was so unstable and uncomfortable. A couple pros: It was quiet - granted it was a Thursday, so it may be a different story on a weekend. Though the bathroom was pretty yucky (stained and damaged fixtures throughout, questionable cleaning), there was good water pressure.
