Hot water system is not good. After 10 minutes of shower no more hot water, which is really bad for winter. Water boiler is in each unit but looks outdated. The couch in the suite is quite uncomfortable. I would give 2/5 for this experience but considering other things in the hotel is ok, I decided to give 3/5 review.
Super friendly staff, very good breakfast, beyond my expectations. Perfect location near restaurants, walk distance from Notre Dame Basilique, Saint Catherine, Metro, Bus Stop in front of the hotel! Hot chocolate or coffee all day at the reception!

Our room was upgraded without asking or notifying us. We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful to say the least.
They transferred us to the next door hotel which not the same type of room that we booked .. plus no A/C in bed room !!!! No Manage on duty to talk. If the hotel have a problem about room and moving customer to other places .. they should move to the place that is better then we book.. not downgrade us.... We want a full refund back.

The rooms were a good size and the kitchenette was a nice convenience. It was also a bonus to have a hot breakfast. The property itself was older and not shiny, but is well located for Chinatown and Old Montreal. It's about 20 minutes by foot to the Baie. The AC was loud.

Quick checkin...upgraded from a studio to a suite....helped secure cab last minute. Did not use the free breakfast but it's a super convenient option in the morning. This is our go-to hotel in downtown Montreal.
Property was really well-maintained and we got a very large room for a very reasonable price. Happy with the accommodations.

Their studio is great wish the kitchenette was a full kitchen, breakfast was decent the only this is parking wasn’t free it was pricey at $36 a night
