The property is in a great location to get around. It was very clean and comfortable. We arrived late at night and it was hard to find the back entrance as advised in the dark. Some lights would have been a big help. Would definitely stay there again if I returned to Montreal.

The front desk staff were great. Trying to get my ID to pre register did not work and I called and als used their chat. I was told my reservation was cancelled and to book again from the phone representative. I took a chance as there was lots of available at other hotels if they had indeed cancelled my reservation. But they did not my information was at front seat and my room was ready. Not happy with that.

It was great. Only thing was the AC which was turned off. The weather got warmer and the heat was on which made it uncomfortable to sleep. It can get noisy so opening the windows was not an option.
