TenĆ­a roto la manija del papel de baƱo en el baƱo. No responden rĆ”pido para poder agendar extensiĆ³n o late check out, quisiera haberme quedado mĆ”s y no fue posible.

The apartment was well located but it wasn't clean enough. There was socks from the previous guests and even metro tickets under the sofa from 2022, so it was lacking a general cleanup since a long time. Also it was too noisy, there were HVAC machines working all day long just one meter from the windows and they weren't soundproof. Therefore, if you're going during summer you will hear that sound even during the night. Despite this cons, the apartment is well located and it's well equipped. TVs are brand new and the kitchen is very comfy with a full dishwasher and oven.

We were contacted the day before we were to check in that there was a problem with the plumbing in the apartment that we had booked, so they would be putting us in a different apartment. When we got in, they had put us in the original apartment, which had a bad smell covered with air freshener. We decided we could live with the smell, but then had trouble with the tub being dangerously slick and the smoke alarm chirping a low battery alert every 15 seconds, starting at 4am. We sent a text and an email asking them to fix the smoke alarm and bring a mat or extra towel or anything for the tub. They never responded, so the second night we all four used the one shower that wasn't a fall hazard. The smoke alarm went off at 4am again, but at least we were faster at getting it stopped. I appreciated the initial communication before we checked in, and the apartment was clean and spacious, but the issues we had were in no way addressed. We would not stay again.

Pretty good location, overall. But the check in experience was pretty bad. The owner sent out a follow up after confirming the reservation, among other things wanted a selfie of me next to my ID. Due to where I was, I didnā€™t see it for a few days. No one has ever demanded this of me before. Whatā€™s more, the link they provided to upload my photo didnā€™t work. I was in areas with limited cell service so I couldnā€™t keep trying. There was something weird in the address link they gave for the property. Maps on my iPhone wouldnā€™t find it and my cab couldnā€™t find it either. Eventually I got there, but didnā€™t have a link to the owner. Fortunately another guest came along and provided the phone number to call in and get this resolved. Like I said, a pretty good price on a pretty good property in a good location. But the checking process needs work.

The apartment is in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. It's an easy 30ā€“45 minute walk to Old Montreal and the port, which was perfect for exploring the city. The space was clean and comfortable, though it could use a few minor repairsā€”it feels more like a lived-in apartment than a hotel room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Montreal!

The actual door to the apartment is tricky to find. Itā€™s right where the map says it is but itā€™s really just that, an apartment amongst the bustle of Saint Cat. This is a good place for a couple dudes after a show. This is not a good place for a couple looking for a quiet getaway.

Communication with the host was very frustrating. We received check-in instructions at 4:30pm (check-in was 4pm) and that was after a phone call to Expedia. No one evers answers the phone number provided by the host and the voicemail is only in French. Also, I'm not sure what the building use to be, but we stayed in a unit on the 1st floor, and there is what appears to be a lobby that is attached to the unit. The lobby doors are unlocked, and there is direct access to the door that goes directly into the bedroom. The door to the bedroom is locked of course, but it personally made me feel uneasy. Otherwise, the unit is very clean and spacious. Location is great! Close to bars, clubs, shopping, transportation, and the area is very convenient/walkable area.

Excellent value for price. Spacious. Very good kitchen and kitchen supplies and appliances. But could NOT get hot water in the shower. Big fail there. Otherwise would totally recommend.
