The last two times we've stayed at this hotel, the room assigned did not have a working AC unit. We've had to request to be moved to a different room. Staff was very kind and helpful. The price is quite a bit higher than anything else in the area. Hoping to see that come down to be more competative.

Beautiful lobby and decent breakfast (included). I imagine the pool would have been nice but I was too tired to use it after we arrived. The staff at check in was polite and helpful even though I was somewhat cranky being exhausted after a long drive.

I'm giving it 2 stars just because of the price. This is your average motel. Looks like it was recently remodeled. However, remodel was just cheep visual cover up. Laminate flooring was installed in section around sink, but where leg of the sink meets the floor, was just cut around and old flooring is still visible. Bathroom door was painted, but chips in the door were not patched - just painted over. Hardware is all different color / material. Carpet in main part of the room looked clean / new. Bed covering were clean too, but very low end in quality. Beds are very uncomfortable. Seam as newer mattresses, but the cheapest money can buy. When AC would come on, there was awful smell coming out. Our night was near $250, with taxes and fees. Great thing is, they charge only $20 pet fee. So regular rooms are around $180 per night. Our stay at Hyatt in Vail CO was less than price of this room. You can go to Vegas and stay at the casino for under $90 per night. We will not be comming back.
