Swimming pool of 6x12m with terrace and pergola extends over two hectares of land cultivated with olive trees and fruit trees. Opposite, the view of the woods and fields. The rent is available from 8 to max 12 people. Independent entrance, swimming pool on the property. The property is divided into three units, a Main apartment and two annexes (Guest House and Restored Barn).

Main apartment. Access from the courtyard of the property. Large living room divided into a living room and american kitchen, both equipped with every comfort. Upstairs, double bedroom with private bathroom. Second bedroom with twin beds, and second bathroom with services. On the second floor, large bedroom with three single beds. In the courtyard, table with sun umbrella and garden chairs, of design and comfortable.

From the courtyard there is also access to the Guest House. The main room includes a living-dining area with kitchen. Sofa bed (single bed). Bathroom with shower and services. Mezzanine with single bed. On the first floor there is a large double bed and a cot. In the courtyard, one table with sun umbrella and pergola.

Restored Barn: detached apartment. This ground floor flat has an entrance with three large glass doors. The main living area is divided into a sitting room and a large american kitchen. Dining table, wicker armchairs. Sofa bed for one person (single bed). From this room there is access to the bedroom which also has a large glass door with view on the garden. Bathroom with shower. In the veranda with pergola there is a dining table with benchs. Garden armchairs and barbecue. Garden view.

The swimming pool is situated on a terrace, from where there is an excellent view of the countryside. Pergola with table and deckchairs. Beautiful garden, with own land in front. Reserved parking in the property.

Services included: linen and towels (for the bathroom, swimming pool and kitchen) with weekly change. Final cleaning. High speed Wi-Fi internet. City tax.
Services not included: heating (1.3 €/m3 gas), air conditioning (0.90 Eu/kw), payment only on consumption, with dedicated meters.
