Imagine to be in the middle of the wood in the Montagnola senese's heart: not too distant from Siena but quite far from noise and human pains and totally in peace with the rest of the world. Here the mix of nature, history, ancient architecture, good food and wine have been married.Emiliano and his parents, Lorena and Sergio, put all their souls in restoring and taking care of this building. You can feel the power of this love and the care that this wonderful family each day put in that. The original medieval building (13th Century), was renovated with the intention of maintaining the original architecture and character and the interior is decorated with typical original rustic furniture and still maintains the flavor of the old country houses.

Access to the structure is via 700 meters of dirt road not suitable for sports cars

The structure consists of 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms spread over 2 floors for a total of 12 people. The kitchen of the main structure is very well equipped with a professional dishwasher and a very large refrigerator.

The living room, that anciently was the Hay barn, is large con comfortable and there are 2 large tables to enjoy Tuscan dinners…with more than a glass of wine…That is why in this place you will not find a Television: because the owners want you to enjoy the time, see the stars in the night, enjoy the dinner that Emiliano can cook for you and talk, and smile, and share your time with your friends, checking for what today we have lost: LIFE TIME. A large garden private pool and a wonderful lodge with an enormous table, will give you all space to enjoy the outside area…as Locals do. If you would like to live a “authentic and Local experience” this is your place.
