Iberostar Rose Hall Suites All Inclusive

I felt our room’s floor needed work as some tiles were in need of replacement. I also felt the availability of chairs around pool, in the shade, was unAcceptable. There needs to be a better system so that guests do not need to get up at 5:00 am to save chairs. The place was great except for the two items I cited

I booked the Iberostar suites for my family vacation this year that was one of the best decision I made, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, I stayed at the grande 3 times before but this place here was the best to me.

Great hotel! Staff very polite and accommodating. Food and service at a high level. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Had a great trip, staff was excellent so friendly. Felt so simpered. Food and drinks (thanks to Camrae, Ackeeme and Sharika for great drinks)

We came here for our anniversary after our daughter visited for hers. It was highly recommended and we agreed entirely! One of the best ever! Impeccable customer service, great food, absolutely beautiful resort, and a massage that felt like heaven on earth! Awesome!

My experience was wonderful. The food was delicious

The Hotel was good, the biggest problem for me was we were told they had a hot tub by the pool area and they didn't. Also were told that they had domestic beers and all they had was Red Strip(worst beer I have ever drank), then that was served warm after 12PM.(could not keep it cold enough).

Over all extra experience. Staff and facility amazing. Rooms great as well. 3 things needs to improve 1) better explanation of the facilities and resort layout. None provided at all. We found out last day that sauna spa facilities are available for free 2) pool water was cold and almost unusable. Need to heat the water so kids can use it comfortably. This is the first beach vacation I used the pool once in 5 days. Cold cold water 3) change up the buffet menu and cater a little to Vegetarians. Pizza and pasta everyday gets borIng All In All no complains otherwise. People and resort super nice. Would definitely Go again.

The room was musty and extremely damp. The shower was either COLD or HOT, nothing in the middle. The food and drinks were decent-- the Italian restaurant was great. The atmosphere at the pool and beach was loud pretty much all the time-- loud music blasting, staff on the microphone, etc… definitely not the place for a quiet getaway. The bees at the pool and beach were awful, as were the sand flies on the beach. The staff were judgmental and regularly expressed pity and dismay that I was traveling alone, which is an extremely awkward and irritating thing-- who wants to pay that much money to be looked down on. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel did not give us the bed choice we booked. Could have been Orbitz fault for not alerting them of the change. Food was eh, nothing to write home about. Pool staff not as friendly as the Iberostar Grande. Pool games were not on time or organized. Drinks were weak. No top shelf liquor.

Short 5 day trip to Jamaica at the beautiful Iberostar Rosehall Suites...food amazing, staff great, drinks not top shelf but workable...wish I could've stayed longer.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful poool, great hotel staff. Great restaurants, clean 1 class rooms.

Fun relaxing and food in the restaurant and mighty tasty.

Everything was as good as the first time my wife and I stayed there. This time i bought 16 family and friends with me, everybody had a fantastic time. They love everything about the hotel - food, staff, and location. I highly recommend this resort.

The major issue was the roaches in the buffa food area. That was a big disappointment for me. The staff did there best with keeping everything clean; I hope no one else seen any bugs around the food.

My husband wanted to spend our honeymoon in Jamaica. After ALOT of researching reviews we decided on the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites & purchased the Star Prestige upgrade. With the upgrade we were supposed to be given a fruit plate and wine in our room. We had to call for the fruit plate. There was no wine opener provided to open the wine with. I won $6.25 in the casino and was given a fraudulent 5.00 bill. The service in all the restaurants was extremely lack luster. There was hair in my meal at the Mediterranean restaurant. We waited over an hour for food at the Steak house, Calabash & the Italian Restaurant. ALL of the liquor is watered down. Even the premium liquor in the Star Prestige Lounge. When you order a drink at the star prestige beach area, they go into the steak house to make it & bring it to you, meaning you do not get premium liquor. The food at the buffet in the Steak House was mislabeled as lamb when it was actually pork. I ate a little bit before realizing and ended up sick. And to top if off the beach is a total disappointment at this hotel. On the other hand, the staff was extremely polite and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful. We had an ocean front room, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Would definitely return, unbelievable experience, great resort, lots to do, and staff goes above and beyond

Just got back to NY and the kids are already asking when we'll be back. The kids club is great, and Nickashia/Melissa do a nice job of keeping the kids entertained and engaged in activities throughout the day. Like most parents we were a bit leary on day one, but that quickly changed. It gave us a welcomed break to have some quiet time to enjoy the resort. Not to say that I experienced anything negative during the trip, but I would probably go elsewhere if traveling without kids. This is definitely family friendly and the food is above average for an "all-inclusive" if you stick to the buffet. The other restaurants aside from the steakhouse are average.

Although the hotel is somewhat dated, I found your staff to be amazing! Everyone was nice but the pool entertainers were my favorite. They made us feel st home and did everything humanly possible to ensure we were having a great time. Kudos to OMG, Moe Moe, Tiny, Peaches, Carlos, and the remainder of that team. Kudos to Hansen at the Steakhouse as well. And Andre at the front desk. You could do better with your grounds (some of the grass had died).

We had an amazing time at Iberostar Suites! From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we were treated like part of their family. We loved the lively pool and beach scene (as we are in our early 30's) between the music and daytime activities by the awesome event staff. The convenience from the infinity pool to the beach was a huge plus for us. The food at the restaurants were above my expectations. Our ocean view room made for beautiful sunsets. The nightly shows were a lot of fun and creative and kept the day and party going. Nightly karaoke and night club also available for the guests. Only regret is not staying for a longer trip!!! Most certainly will be going back.
